my partner drank a milk in the fridge and then noticed it went off august 2025, it’s now september 1st, however although it should have been off it smelled and tasted fine according to my parter 😂😂

the pool and spa facilities were awesome the pool was heated and overall much better than expected, i was so happy with the service the staff greated us with, catering to us losing a hotel key card and also checking out late. most hotels would ask for a fee, however they told us not to stress and made our stay so comfortable and relaxing!!! i will definitely be back could not complain

House keeping was a little tardy. No hand towels or face clothes the second day, and bed not made third day. There was a temperature display panel on wall under air conditioning control that while had buttons, didn’t appear to work, and was very bright at night, which made it diffult to sleep. I had to cover it up.

I really liked the luxurious feel to the apartment. The brass added a really to nice touch to the place and the ring light. The staff were amazing! The bed was so comfy

The roo was beautiful, tidy and a decent size for a studio. Blackout curtains were amazing.

Great place to stay in the city. Rooms are fitted with all the essentials. Just outside the hotel is a Cafe, Foodworks/liquor, barber, Korean chicken and a cheese bar. Everything else was a short uber trip.

My one small criticism is that public transport was a small way away

Very clean, there was everything that we needed. Room was serviced everyday. Cozy room,Hot pool, kitchen and kitchenwares were there, even the washing machine and dryer was there. Loved our stay here

The distance to metro/tram stops was a bit annoying, and housekeeping forgot to give us toilet paper on a few occasions. Everything else was spectacular

We got upgraded to a room that had laundry and a mini kitchen, which greatly helped us in terms of convenience. The room was spacious and well kept, and had everything we needed. We also had Foodworks (grocery) nearby (2min walk).

Our second stay at this great hotel. Within walking distance of southern cross and transport options to get you to anything around Melbourne. Room is stylish and was again spotlessly clean. Staff are efficient and friendly. Love that the rooms provide capacity for self-catering as an option, with fridge and cooking capacity.

The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was a great size and the balcony a nice luxury to have in the CBD. It was nice and quiet , but within walking distance from the CBD. The room was clean. Staff were friendly.

There was nothing I didn't like about my stay

I loved everything about my short stay: the location, the staff, the room, the cleanliness, the facilities. I wish I could have stayed longer and will definitely stay again
