This quaint little apartment was just delightful. The location was handy to restaurants, bars, shops, everything was a short stroll away. The unit was clean and was well equipped. The hosts, Jon and Rochelle were available to answer any questions that we had whilst we were in Port Fairy. Would recommend to anyone staying in the the beautiful Port Fairy area.

As the weather was not conducive to sight seeing we did spend a bit of time inside, a larger tv screen would have been nice to watch the footy. There is a tv upstairs and downstairs however both are quite small. A 1st world problem, not really an issue unless needed. Not an issue for us however, if mobility is an issue then stepping into the bath for a shower could be a concern.

What a nice surprise, we have stayed in Port Fairy on quite a few occasions and have always been pretty happy with the accommodation however this surpassed our expectations. Obviously recently renovated, it was very clean and fresh. Very well appointed particularly the loft bedroom area. Great location, short walk to shops and restaurants. Private carpark at door. Furniture clean and comfortable. Well appointed kitchen with everything you need for a stay.

Internet was good but we couldn't get the google app for the television to work. it was a very small issue but it seemed like a couple of the remotes needed new batteries

It would be good if the outdoor bins could be located elsewhere and out of sight of the lounge area. Also, as mentioned to Jonathan, the door lock/s of the French doors should be oiled top & bottom. This applies to the fly screens as well. Very hard to open/close.

We loved everything about this property! It was spacious, comfortable and had everything you needed for a lovely stay. Location was terrific, close to everything including the day spa which is right next door! Loved the little treats that were provided - yo ups, cheeses and biscuits etc.

the location was great, short walk, minutes into town and across the road from the port fairy coffee roasters, the cottage was super comfortable, yet more than enough space for us. we loved the bonus yo-yo biscuits 😄

Nothing major but timber stairs slippery in socks, just something to be aware of and a second key would have been handy a couple of times.

Great central location and very quiet(in August). Short walk to all amenities and the river, not far to the beaches either. Two restaurants and great coffee opposite on main road and day spa next door! Cottage had everything you need, v cosy a real home from home.

Absolutely delightful cosy cottage, beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. Lovely spacious lounge and dining area, excellent kitchen, large bedroom with king size bed and lovely big bath. Fully equipped laundry facilities. Very helpful and friendly owner provided excellent practical information on local sights, cafes and restaurants, Excellent central location , very close to cafes, restaurants, shops and pubs and the beautiful historic walk past the village’s National Trust heritage cottages and public buildings. the town runs on bore water which is not surprising, just have to remember to bring bottled water or grab some at the shop up the road!
