    Bedding in 2nd room should be a split king bed, so can be used as 2 x single beds or 1 double bed. Beds of acceptable standard comfortwise. Blinds in bedrooms had to be fixed, as they were jammed & wouldn't work. Also they didn't block out the night lights from outside. Reported. Very hard to sleep with so much light in the room. Block out curtains or blinds would be much better. Bed linen was of very poor quality. Rough, scratchy & itchy. Definitely not a '5' star quality/experience as purported. Was reported & other linen dropped off for the main bed only. No different, so didn't use. Bathroom & ensuite ceiling vents both caked with dust. Reported & cleaned. Cleaners should always 'look up'. Lights on balcony & in both bathrooms not working. Reported, not fixed. Shower hose in main bathroom split & squirting water everywhere, reported & fixed. Only 3 bowls for a 4 person apartment. Needs replacement. Booking.com conditions of securing accommodation were changed on us. Fees were supposed to be direct debited by them 5 days before date of occupancy, but we were continually messaged by the property management to pay them directly way before this. (Property management changed apparently from time accommodation was booked). Caused us anxiety about whether we were being scammed or not. The lobby in lift area on our floor was dirty, with a large dead cockroach there on our 1st day & still there on our last day. Yuk. Realise that apartment owners are not responsible for that. However, we're sure that they would be paying fees to the building owners for cleaning, so they should take up the issue with them. All about appearances. Booking.com advertising says property has private pool. Not the case, no pool on property. The building is on the waterfront with access to the man-made beach area & a pay to use wave pool owned by council.

    Location. Property has an App, which was excellent, with good directions & information. Prompt responses from property management. Washing machine & dryer. Smart tv, free WiFi, secure undercover parking, lift access, baloney with good outdoor setting. Decent view but other buildings blocked a lot of it. Clean overall with a few minor issues. Furnishings ok but more kmart/ikea standard than higher end. Acceptable though. Couch was electrified, but only 1 section of the chair was operational. Air conditioning & fans worked well. Decent 4 star accommodation. Definitely not 5 star, but if some of the issues listed below are addressed, this could possibly be attained.
