the location was excellent, right on the edge of Mildura City, walking distance to the river precinct as well as local restaurants. The apartments were very quiet, we had another family next to us, who apologies for their loud 4 year old but we did not hear a single noise. It was a very cold weekend in Mildura when we stayed but the heating in the apartment was so good we were warmed up within minutes of coming in. We had our little dog with us and the front and rear enclosed yards were perfect to give him some space without any worry at all.

The apartment met our expectations and suited all our needs. It was close enough to the attractions that interested us that we could walk to them. The secure outdoor areas were a bonus for sunning and for our dog.

Being winter in Mildura it would have been great to have a carpet in lounge room as tiles are very cold.

Would not have even been an issue except we had very hot weather, but the second bedroom had no air-conditioning. It did have a ceiling fan, and the main room had a good air-conditioning, which was already on for us when we arrived, which was lovely. As I say, a very minor thing

The location was great. We could easily walk to town, coffee, the river. The apartment was lovely with nice private outdoor spaces back and front. Access was by code, so there was no need to keep track of keys, and we could each come and go as we pleased. Good amenities and wifi for chilling out at home. The Queen bed was so comfy, my friend photographed the label on the mattress.

The BBQ needed a good clean. A bit more light in the shower would also have been helpful. Otherwise nothing to complain about as the apartment was as expected and as advertised.

The apartment is ideally located in a quiet laneway but still close to Mildura. Easy parking and secure entrance also helped to keep it quiet. The apartment was well-appointed with everything you need for a longer stay. It was a little to o hot to use the outdoor areas during my stay in summer but the air-con worked well.

Communication was great & I had the details of the owner if needed, but this was not necessary Lovely clean & quiet location. Perfect for my Dad recovering from eye surgery. Our apartment was close to the parking area, which was ideal as my Dad is not very mobile. I loved the clock in the lounge area so much that I took a photo to remember it. I would definitely recommend this location to any long or short stay customer.

Spotlessly clean. Very close to restaurants, shops and local attractions. Excellent amenities. We really appreciated the air conditioning - we visited when the temp hit 43°C! Nice and cool inside. Communications with the host were great but they also respected our privacy - never saw them during our stay.
