“Ease of access to the facilities, (pool, Gym and Tennis courts) 11am Breakfast as this was a rest and revive trip the late breakfast was very much appreciated. Restaurant food was excellent well presented and tasted great. The access to the Wild fire was also easy and staff there were also Great . Whilst I acknowledge that they are not your staff or business they reflect on the services provided by the Mercure and should be congratulated. I also understand Sundays are an additional cost to there business but it would be great if they were open on Sundays as well (perhaps a discount in there lease would make it financial viable for them to be open on a Sunday in the lead up to summer)”
