Quality of food, particularly dinner was really excellent, and service from staff exceptional. Old fashioned detail of service rarely seen in the UK. It must be a good place to work as staff all friendly and happy. We were really impressed.

The bed was horrible - way too soft with horrible pillows. No airco, and it was sweltering hot in the room. We had to open all windows at night, which meant a LOT of noise coming from the street. The breakfast room was also way too warm, with only one small ventilator at one side of the room.

Big room with a big balcony and lots of storage space. Very friendly and helpful staff. Even though they have a very small parking garage themselves, you could park in the public garage across the street for the same costs due to a deal they have with the hotel (15 euros a night, normal cost for that garage is a whopping 42 euros per day!). Amazing shower. Mini fridge. Good breakfast. Good location.

The room faced the street, so it was quite noisy — sleeping with the window open wasn’t an option due to traffic sounds. There was no minibar in the room, which was a bit inconvenient.

The room was very clean and well-maintained. The bed was large, super comfy, and perfect for a good night’s sleep. The breakfast was tasty with a good variety, and the long breakfast hours were a big plus.

There is nothing not to like about this hotel

This hotel is run by a lovely lady and all the staff were exceptional.fantastic rooms and stunning views. Absolutely perfect for a couple's retreat.

Breakfast was amazing. Mobility card provided was very useful. Place is located very near to the central bus s.top and train station which makes it comfortable to travel every where within the region. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Receptionist wouldn’t discuss upgrade to half board when I asked if we could eat dinner there then found the dinner menu was generally expensive. I think like most residents we only ate there one night after getting the bill. Rooms at the front have no air con and are very noisy due to the traffic (lights). The sink plug hole barely worked.

Great to have a good car park, very good for motorcycles. Excellent breakfast, easy walk to bars restaurants and shops. Entertaining waiter!

Room was very spacious and would suit if staying more than one night for a couple. Big bathroom with bath. Room was quiet even though street close by. Bed very comfortable with nice linen. Also got to use the sauna which was a bonus. Staff very helpful and welcoming. I had the breakfast which had an extensive choice and good quality

The location is fantastic and the centre of the village with all its restaurants and shops is just a couple of minutes walk away. It is also very easy to gain access to the Lake.

The breakfast was very rich, the spa area was exactly what we needed after a day on the slopes. Thanks to the hotel for robes, towel, anything that you could need. All the staff were very friendly, gave discounts for ski equipment. The bar has exquisite sprits. You must try the snaps from the stags horns.

Super cute hotel with very friendly staff always willing to help with everything we needed. The family room we stayed at was huge and fully renovated. The location is very convenient right at the center of Zell Am See and only 5 minutes walk from the ski lift. The breakfast was very good with many options available and the hotel restaurant was very good as well. The pool even small was super fun for our daughter and the sauna a very nice extra.

My room had a room to the road, and the noise made me wake up earlier. If you don't mind missing fresh air, close the window.

Breakfast was excellent: bedroom was clean and comfortable; location was perfect; nice atmosphere with apres ski; saunas and pool area were ideal for an end of day naked relaxation. The hotel was within walking distance from the station. I would recommend.
