They were more on the hard side, which is usually good to not get backpain, the pillows were also too hard/high, so maybe bring some, if you are sensitive to that. We felt the ladder leading up to the sleeping areas didn't feel safe/was in the way a lot when being downstairs. The couch was also not placed optimal, but maybe there is no other way... If you plan to cook a lot maybe bring an additional dish towel and "special" appliances like a grater or similar.
We enjoyed the winter wonderland, that the whole chalet is made from wood and that it had a cozy fireplace and an infrared sauna. The kitchen had good and basic appliances including a microwave that is also an actual oven for making pizzas.
