LatviaThere were a few technical issues with the lighting in our room, and on some nights there was a lot of noise coming from the pool area, even though it was supposed to be closed. However, since we were given a larger room upon arrival, we really have nothing to complain about :)
An ideal hotel for families for a summer holiday in the mountains, with a pool, sauna area, and delicious cuisine. Once a week they have a grill dinner, which was excellent! The hotel staff is wonderful – everyone we interacted with was very helpful and genuinely friendly. We will definitely want to return here in the winter as well.

Lovely hotel with spacious room which was perfect for our family of 4 We were assigned a restaurant table on the first night of our stay which was ours for the duration of our stay. This took away any of the stress of having to find a table at each meal time. A great idea Food quality was excellent All of the staff were friendly and attentive. We were made to feel very welcome

Evening dinners and breakfast were sensational that showcase local produce - with some of the dinners being some of the best food I’ve had in a long time. Brilliant central location that was well connected but still felt secure and private. Spa facilities were really well cared for and were perfect for relaxation.

We had an absolutely lovely time at this beautiful and unique hotel from the point of our check-in until check-out. The dining experience of the 5-course meals was really good and each dish was delicious. Compliment to the chef! Breakfast offered a variety of good products. We enjoyed the wellness area, particularly four different saunas. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, special mention to Erik and Nico for their professional service.

The staff were so welcoming and helpful during our stay. They made us really feel at home. Our stay included half board. The food was excellent with a large breakfast selection with quality produce and a 5 course evening meal which varied daily. The bar staff were brilliant and made some really fantastic beverages to our taste. The pool area was superb too, with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating options for all weathers. The pool was kept very clean and maintained at a perfect swimming temperature. We spent a lot of our time here during the afternoons relaxing.

EstoniaThe swimming pool was a bit colder than expected. The sauna is a mixed naked sauna with 16+ age limit. Location is good with 5-minute walk to the train station, 10-minute walk to the ski lift and a ski bus also stops right next to the hotel to take you to the ski lifts.
Exceptional dinner, very tasty breakfast from the buffet. The room was spacious and well-cleaned. The check-in process was very smooth.
