The double bed was springy and too soft for our taste. The pillows are not comfortable at all, they are full of air and do not hold the head.

New hotel, very clean, kitchen equipped with everything, even a Nespresso machine, thanks for that 🙏🏼 They bring a cleaning kit for the kitchen. There is soap in the showers and toilet paper. The shower is very spacious and pleasant with a strong and good stream of water. There is a washing machine and dryer, which costs one euro per hour. Highly recommend a stay!

Would have been nice if the spa were open longer in the evening. That´s it!

Loved the view from the balcony. The spa area with sauna and pool was great after a long day of hiking, it really was something extra. Also very nice and quiet. The location was nice, close to train station and zipline. The hotel offered many maps over the surrounding areas so it was no problem for us to plan our hiking trips. The apartment we rented was lovely, we really enjoyed the big kitchen and all the big areas. Clean and fresh!

The location is great however it is downhill from the ski lift so take that into consideration! The reception isn’t manned 24/7. No eating or drinking facilities but close to supermarket and cafe etc. they do offer a bread menu to preorder for breakfast which is nice but think missing a trick by not offering a full menu/service.

The property is new therefore in great condition. The staff are excellent though. Facilities are good in the apartments. Their changing facilities are also a nice touch. Having secure parking available was brilliant.

The pillows on the bed were too lumpy so if you prefer firmer pillows the best to bring your own.

Property was in a very convenient location with modern, well decorated and equipped apartments. Easy access to and from car park and ski room. Very friendly staff who were readily available to answer any queries or provide support. Fantastic property and will absolutely visit again.

The traffic in the morning and the afternoon

The apartment was lovely. Large kitchen, all aquiped. beautiful and clean. They have a very nice spa with heated pool. Was great for the kids. The staff was very nice and helpful. We had a great time there.

The charging and invoicing process was more than a surprise. I paid through booking almost 3 weeks before our arrival. This is the resort's decision, and they confirmed my reservation by asking for payment earlier. They could do it differently, like others who allow paying at the resort. Here, it was not an option. Strange, but ok. The worst is that I asked for an invoice at the check-out, and they said they can send it when booking.com transfers to them, no matter if I am charged already or not. After paying 3 weeks ago, I did not get an invoice because the hotel doesn't trust in booking.com, nor its guests. So now I am waiting for the invoice, and I hope they won't forget. I don't understand the whole. They decide to charge earlier through booking.com, but want to give an invoice when they get the money. I never experienced anything like this through my journeys. No matter who or when the transfers were, it was never an issue. The guest paid. So they must have given an invoice. But they refused.

It was okay, but it was a bit disappointing. The images show a less-used setup. Upon arrival, the room was not clean enough, but when we asked, they immediately cleaned it.

It was hot. There was no AC and also no nets in the windows, that was a big issue, as there were bees and mosquitos outside. The parking: is narrow, when it's fully booked its probably hard to park everyday ( but, at least it is an underground parking) The parking entrence is also narrow and might be hard with some large cars. While checking in, I wanted to park in front of the reception the 2 dedicated parking's were taken, and the neighbors gave me a very hard time and argued with me not to stay there for 30 seconds ( just to open the parking for the first time) Also, reception & Spa times are short, at the end... We didn't use either ( the spa is from 3-7pm). More toilet paper / dishwasher capsules / dish soap and garbage bags would be nice. I came in with a flight and have nothing to do with 50 capsules!

The kitchen was nice.
