Staff wasn't that helpful at breakfast. They seemed to look the other way if you needed something.

The hotel interior design has a lot of black and is a bit dark. It was beautifully done with attention to detail and the design was very consistent throughout the hotel, just not my taste.

Great staff, very easy to get to the ski lifts with the hotel shuttle (felt like ski-in / ski-out), great food and nice sauna/ facilities. Great service in de ski rental shop. They even charged my car as part of the valet service!

Bedrooms are too dark. I understand the theme, however using a phone light to check the wardrobe isn’t ideal.

Superb facilities. Ski equipment hire excellent, they changed one of our groups skis several times with no bother (nothing wrong with the equipment he just wanted to try boarding!). Reception helped organise lift passes and booked lessons, nothing was too much to ask. Breakfast had a wonderful selection and the A La Carte restaurant was very good too. The shuttle service in and out of Ischgl was very efficient with knowledgeable staff who got us in and out easily day and evening. Great spa for relaxing in after a day on the slopes

Dinner was a bit variable: first 2 evenings a bit disappointing, the last 2 evenings great !

It was not our first stay in the hotel. As usual, we were very delighted by everything. Especially, everyone of the staff was extremely friendly and helpfull ! Breakfast was fantastic ! Staff in the dinner room is extremey friendly, shuttle buses very smooth ! We really appreciated the new 'infusion' session in the sauna.

Location on a larger road not the most intimate but the hotel makes up for it.

Amazing hotel, a little more unique and cool than your average mountain 5*! Incredible staff, super attentive and kind. Incredible food, compliments to the chef! 😊 Who was also a really nice person. From the staff Kevin, Adriana and Nicole were great and made our stay even better but also the others were lovely. Really lovely spa also, with open fire in the pool area - very cool! Location not in Ischl but the readily available shuttle was perfectly fine, 10 mins ride to Ischl. Will be coming back! Magda & Matt

Only two things: Lights in the room could be better (specifically for the closets). Too hot in the hotel, BUT the balcony door opens up and cools the room down.

Rooms - clean, not huge, but not tiny either. Very comfortable for two people. Breakfast and dinner - great! Our son has allergies, the staff and the Chef were very helpful. Chef always had a second dish for people with allergies. Thank you! Shuttle - very convenient and timely. Staff - friendly and accommodating. New Years Celebration - super fun! Spa facilities - big pool, saunas, treatments. All great.

I honestly can’t say anything negative about this hotel. It was so perfect and exceeded my expectations.

This was the most amazing hotel experience I’ve ever had. The breakfast was incredible. The spa was so relaxing and nicely appointed. The room was luxurious and had a fantastic view. I believe the professional staff really makes this hotel top level. They were polite and helpful. They went out of their way to make sure we had a comfortable trip. Thank you to everyone there for their hospitality!
