Excellent and quiet location. Extremely helpful and cordial staff. The partner restaurant Fassbinderhof serves extremely good local dishes and equally very helpful staff. Room was top class.

The drain water lines coming from the 1st flor are very loud in the room at the ground floor. We woke up every time when somebody used a toilet at the night. That should be fixes or this room should not be used for sleeping. Otherwise everything was very nice.

There was a swift check-in process and the hotel did a great job in meeting our request for a cot for our 10 month old. Our room was large and clean and had good views from the balcony. There was a reasonable variety for breakfast and after an ironing board was requested it was promptly brought to the room. If you're staying in Gumpoldskirchen for a couple of nights for a wedding or other reasons we would highly recommend this hotel.

A baby bed, the only minor thing… think the ones the hotel had were in use but that’s the only minor thing. They did tell us in advance so it certainly was not a suprise to us when we arrived and we found an alternative solution in advance.

Staff were all very friendly and helpful during the build up and during our actual stay.

Great location, delicious breakfast. An advantage is the parking lot for hotel guests. Next to the hotel there is a great restaurant owned by the same owners. The area is ideal for fans of cycling, trips and wine lovers.

No issues really - we liked the place and the hotel - the communication before arrival should be just just be slightly improved. We were informed that parking might be an issue as it's an a first come first served basis - we didn't have an issue though as we found a parking in front of the hotel on the street - so that was good - but we had a miscommunication regarding a children bed or how the children would sleep - but was clarified upon arrival as from the messaging back and forth there was a slight language related misunderstanding.

Excellent Breakfast! Had a bit if an issue upon arrival - but was sorted quite fast - created by a small communication problem - but as said the personnel stepped up and solved it in no time - we had the Suite - and the view above the village was magnificent.

Lost money. No refund because the air didn’t work. There was no resolution to my problem. I was very disappointed. You’ll love the hotel if it’s not during a heat wave.

The hotel itself was very charming. I like the ambience, the nice breakfast, and for the most part, the stuff was great, but the air conditioner did not work from day one they kept telling me they could not move me because the hotel was full. I kept contactingbooking.com to try and resolve the issue, but it was never resolved, finally two days before I was to leave they were going to move me to another room, but that room was also just a stifling hot as my original room so I lost two days that I had paid and moved to a hotel that had wonderful air-conditioning. I suffered from heat exhaustion and there was no way I could stay there anymore
