Matress a bit hard & pillow too soft, but everyone has different preferences. No soap in toilet and only a couple of tiny shampoo sachets available.(minimun cost to be improved easily by hotel). Solving above items I could give maximum of qualification!

Parking free/ easy check-in & out / breakfast included / room with enough space / all looks clean / towels renewal daily / table & chairs in room....supermarket close. Site is perfect if you have car but not using public transport could be more challenging. All confortable. Good relation cost/quality

This was at least the third time I was there. But they still have not fixed the TV channels. Apparently, they have nobody to rescan the channels. The rest was great.

The breakfast room is very small, like a normal room there is really little place and some people that came after us didnt have where to stay at the table. This could really be improved

Room 501 is right next to breakfast room and itbis very noisy in the morning. You can hear everything when people eat breakfast.

I made the booking for 3 people, 2 adults and one 3 year old child. After making the booking I also called the place asking about the bed for the child. The person I spoke with said that they do not have children beds, but there there are 2 rooms, each with 2 single beds and I was fine with that. When we arrived late in the night, there were 2 single beds only. These could not be moved either, so my wife had to sleep on a single bed with the child. The child was also charged local tax 2.50 Euros. Normally these local taxes are not charged for kids, but even if so, for not having his bed? Also, the payment was guaranteed by one of my card, which was fine, because on the terms I clicked and accepted the payment at the property. However the property charged the amount automatically prior our arrival and I wanted to pay by a different, company card, but that was not possible. The location is in an industrial area, not well marked by signs and not easy to find and see even with the navigation, as this takes you to a gate one before the property, so it is difficult to see it when its dark.

The breakfast was OK for that type of accommodation. It was clean and nicely kept.

The location is a bit remote.

It is perfect for 1-2 nights as an intermediate step in a long journey. The room was clean and the staff was helpful (we checked in outside of official check-in time with no problem. Breakfast was OK.

When we stayed there for 1 night we had faced false fire alarm. At the hotel there is no reception. We were left alone until fire fighters came to check that and owner came after one hour at least. No one was informing us or providing guidance. We had to kind of taking care of the situation together with the other quests and waiting for help at night at the parking place. In terms of safety, there is I think some things to think through and maybe change procedures.

The check-in process worked well for me... but I saw several customers struggling at the entrance... so the message has to be read carefully in advance. On top, it should be 100% automatic with a code in order to have 24h check--in process.

Nice place for stopping to sleep. Nice staff, wifi connection and atmosphere. The place is more than enough if the requirements are not so high and the only needs are a bed&breakfast.

It's style is not very memorable.

The room was bright, clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable, and the accommodation was quite. We had a good rest. The breakfast was not diverse, but had all the important things. Good value for money accommodation.
