What I didn't like about Wildkogel Resorts was the mixed messages we received from the staff. When we arrived we should have received a discount card and membership card straight away, but we had to ask for it separately. The same was true with the parking, where there were different answers depending on who we spoke to at the reception.

The apartment we stayed in had everything we needed and was very clean, spacious and lived up to all our expectations. I was also very pleased with how little noise was heard between the apartments and the acoustics were good.

Under/Behind the bed was very dusty. Our child dropped her toy back there, and it came back with a whole balloon of dust. The lights outside of the building stay on until roughly 11.30 pm and turn back on at 6am - no possibility to turn them off yourself (guess it's centrally coordinated). Considering our bedroom had no curtains but only a plissee on one of the big windows, it was annoyingly bright at night! Would have been amazing to have a hoover in the apartment to give it a bit of clean halfway through the week. And we only had one (very weak) hairdryer for all 3 bedrooms - wasn't much of an issue for us but still something to bear in mind and maybe pack your own.

We had an incredibly lovely stay!! The apartment was extremely spacious, with a private bathroom for every bedroom and a big lounge/dining area. The interior is also very modern, yet cosy. Kitchen had everything you need for a week's stay. The showers are super lovely too. The apartment was very clean (apart from under the beds). The facilities (pool, Skiraum, etc) are great - although to get to the pool, you have to walk through the garage (something to bear in mind). The location is simply amazing, with only a 2 minute walk to the lift and some nice restaurants nearby.

175 Euro cleaning fee although they ask for cleaning before leaving. Booking is non-refundable even months before, which makes you inflexible.

Good location, an apartment with all the necessary things, includes a summer card for activities (one activity per day is free), a small swimming pool with direct access from the apartment.

The fitness room could be a bit bigger as if there is more than 2 people in it its getting difficult to do a proper workout. the absence of windows in the fitness room is not ideal either.

Very nice apartments, spacious and clean with all what you need. Nice facilities that enable the whole family to enjoy their stay. Ideal location very close to the ski lift and other groceries stores.
