We were well welcomed by Teun (Anton), is was like us Dutch. He helped us very well and arranged some breakfast for the next morning, since we had to leave very early. He was very friendly, also the other staff we met were very nice.

LuxembourgOur room was located in a corner close to a busy road but with windows closed, it was silent.
A special thanks to the warm welcome from the young Dutch lad at reception. Didn't get his name. He will be a big asset to the hotel. The hotel restaurant was very good, both the tasty food and the hardworking staff. We had buffet breakfast for two mornings which had something for everybody. Strangely enough our room was cool at night despite no aircon or fan. We would stay there again.

Great staff, very welcoming and friendly from the moment we arrived, to leaving. Large connecting room with brilliant views over the mountains. Beds were large and comfortable. Breakfast was very nice, fresh with good variety of food. Location was great, just short stroll to centre of seefeld. Lounge with good priced drinks was a bonus at the end of the day. Recommended

United KingdomI would have liked more chairs on the balcony so I could sit out share the view with friends. My toilet was blocked for a couple of days and it wasn’t repaired before I left, I was given a discount for the problem when I left. The decor was modern but I personally would have liked a more Alpine feel to the hotel but I think others will like it as it is. The fire alarm went off in the night and although the staff quickly found out what was wrong had not started evacuating, the manager agreed. That training should be given.
The position at the edge of the town was good. The breakfast was very very good and the lady who served us was a charmer, loved her. The view from the dining room and the bar area was exceptional but my friend didn’t have a good view from her bedroom which she was expecting. The bedroom was a good size and comfortable. Easy to find your way around the town from the hotel and in a good location. It was also near the town spa and swimming pool and the start of walks around town. Parking was good.

The hotel is centrally located and it is easy to walk to all the surrounding restaurants and shops. The train station is a 10 minute walk away and this gives easy access to Innsbruck via a scenic rail journey.

United KingdomWe were surprised that this 4 Star hotel does not have a 24 hour reception. Each evening and overnight the front door was simply left open. Seefeld is probably not a high crime area, but permitting access to absolutely anyone seems risky.
A well run comfortable hotel. The lounge was available all day where one could make tea and coffee.

United KingdomWe booked twin rooms but got doubles. Our teenage kids do not like to share a bed. We requested the bed be split - staff were unable. We requested an extra sheet so we could do it ourself - staff said yes but then went home without providing a sheet, and the hotel was unstaffed all evening. Staff reappeared and provided a sheet, but in the late evening after I'd already gone to sleep.
Location and breakfast both great. Parking awesome even for larger vehicle. Rooms good.

In fact it looked out over a row of holiday lets, and a tiny bit of mountain was visible if you positioned yourself in the very left corner of the window.. It should be rebranded as havjng a limited mountain view. My friend's toilet was out of order for the duration of her stay. She is currently waiting for compensation from Booking.com, as advised by the hotel. The cleaning staff walked in whilst my friend was sitting on the toilet! The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night. No announcement was made that this was a false alarm. I was very anxious.

Hotel Wetterstein is a very friendly and inviting hotel because of the management team who treats everyone as family. They go out of their way to ensure you have the best stay possible. They have a lounge that provides an excellent breakfast, plus coffee is available all day. The property is very clean and inviting. The housekeeping staff does a wonderful job. The property has beautiful views and is conveniently located.
