We absolutely loved wanderlust boutique rooms. It was decorated beautifully, and was spotlessly clean. We enjoyed the location in a quiet and relaxed area but with plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. We found the hosts Richard and jasmine to be very helpful and friendly.

Personal service by the owner of the place. Tips for hiking in the area. Clean, well-equipped, quiet, a stream flowing next to the room, cafes and a restaurant, Pharmacy, Super close by. Free parking is very close to the rooms. We will definitely come back to this place.

Excellent location, in a small village near to Hallstadt, Salzburg and other tourist locations. Seamless self-checkin with code, but Jasmin and Richard were also available for any queries. Complimentary tea and coffee provided. Other drinks & snacks available for purchase. We got pastries in the bakery around the corner and relaxed with them in one of the upstairs porch rooms, with mountain views. A very relaxing and comfortable place to stay, with a warm welcome included! Spotlessly clean throughout. There are lots of walking, running and swimming sports nearby - lots of information is available on these.

Everything was perfect.

It’s hard to put into words just how wonderful our experience was at Wanderlust Boutique Rooms. From the moment we arrived, we were charmed—not just by the breathtaking views and beautiful accommodations, but also by the warmth and thoughtfulness of the owners, Jasmin and Richard. Every detail felt intentional and carefully curated. The rooms were cozy and equipped with everything you could need. With small touches like the water carafe on the table, labeled fridge space for each room, and a stocked “drink room” with a variety of beverages, it’s clear a lot of heart went into creating this space. The guest info guide was filled with personal recommendations for local restaurants and activities. We followed several of their tips and had wonderful experiences. The property itself is absolutely adorable, inside and out. Our bedroom window offered stunning mountain views, and the front garden was lush and peaceful—truly a little slice of heaven. What made the stay truly special, though, were Jasmin and Richard. They were incredibly welcoming and kind, sharing insights about Hallstatt’s history, local culture, and even skiing options nearby. We enjoyed meaningful conversations about travel and life that made us feel like more than just guests. Their adorable son added a lovely personal touch to our visit as well. This was one of the best lodging experiences we’ve ever had—anywhere. Wanderlust Boutique Rooms is more than a place to stay; it’s a place to feel at home in one of Austria’s most beautiful regions. We’re already planning our next visit and wouldn’t stay anywhere else. I can’t recommend this place enough. They truly deserve to be fully booked (as long as there is still a room available for us next time we visit!) ❤️

Wonderful stay! Hosts were very welcoming and the room was clean and comfortable. Hosts thought about all the little things - there was a fridge to use, a tea kettle, and coffee. They provided umbrellas too! We also appreciated the restaurant recommendations. Overall, highly recommended!

The only minus of the place is that there is no electric stove, nothing such. There is only a small microwave+oven, and the kitchenette is shared. We were indeed lucky that there was no one on the floor with us while staying there, so we had the whole floor for us. But in the last day, one couple joined, and we felt how tricky can be sharing it. So I recommend you bring some stuff that can be cooked in an oven, and eat plenty of sandwiches! Also, careful on how many things you bring with you, as you will have to carry them up and down the stairs!

The location is great, 20 minutes by car away from Hallstatt. Yet, I would say that the town itself, Bad Goisern, is wonderful and chill. If you don't want to go in the sea of tourists from Hallstatt, this town is perfect. The Wanderlust Boutique is located near the train station, which makes it great if you travel by car, as there is a free parking right there. The place is clean and beautifully decorated, and the hosts were extremely helpful and welcoming. We got the room with the mountain view, located in the last floor, so waking up every morning with such view was wonderful! Also, as we traveled with our baby, Richard and Jasmin offered us a crib for free, which our baby loved! The place is also right next to a coffee place, where they serve delicious and various breakfast and brunch. As the town is not very big, you will find nearby also a good restaurant, serving delicious meals! Everything we tried was well cooked and tasty!

Nothing.

Location was really nice and peaceful. It was easy to reach to train station, grocery, cafes or restaurants by walk a few minutes. But for sure with a limit of village conditions not huge number of restaurants but enough I can say. You are feeling at no hotel or no house between both, was completely balanced. The room was giving everything you need in a best way I can say like your bedroom and bathroom you can feel. I would love to stay again there.

Firstly,the property was really warm,comfortable and well cleaned 😍.It was located near the train and bus station.Gosau was near and we went for skiing.The nature was just amazing,breathtaking.It was everything white from the snow. And last but not least a big thank to the property owners Jasmin & Richard. They are really friendly and wonderful people.They made our stay more comfortable. Wanderlust Boutique just like its name, it is a real boutique with clean and nice rooms, large and well designed bathroom. From the different themes of design in each room with stories of their own travels to messages asking about choices of soft or hard pillows, Richard and Jasmine have showed a great attentive care to the place. I could tell that they are also true travelers themselves in the way every details were counted. We had super good sleep while staying there. On the check out day, they let us stay at the common area while waiting for our train. Super friendly hosts and such a nice couple! We are planning to get back to the area with our families and would love to stay at Wanderlust Boutique ;)
