Breakfast was awesome, the views from the balcony are spectacular. Not far from Bus Stop & Train station. Room was quite spacious for a family of 4. Surrounded by mountains, farms, greenery, farm animals, village kind of atmosphere. Could find a staff who helped for some medicine, she was very helpful. It was self checkin. It took some time to figure out how to take the keys from box. Nice provision to take drinks on our own and pay accordingly.

There is no refrigerator or kettle in the room.

Nice small hotel. The room was simple, quite big and clean, with a balcony. We were unlucky with the view, it was not interesting. Self-check-in. The staff is present only at breakfast. The breakfast was good and included in the price. Free parking. 10 minutes walk from the hotel the city center with restaurants and shops. Nice sauna, you need to wait 20 min to heat. A good option for a not high price.

Our room ( de luxe) was adjacent to the other same room with a common locked door. Balcony was common also and I felt it as discomfort. We can hear everything from other room. In the bathtoom a cosmetic mirror was missing ( handles were sticking out of the wall )

Hotel is located on a hill, so you have to fo to the village cca 400 m downhill and than back :) But the views from hotel terrace are amazing and breathtaking. You can see the village as well as the mountains above and the entire valley leading to Stubaigletscher. I like self-service bar at the reception. Also the brakfast was very good with rich selection. Staff was very helpfull and friendly.

No Espresso/Cappuccino/etc at breakfast,staff-less concept felt very impersonal, mandatory online check-in failed for our 2nd room, Spa seems not to be operational, 2nd room was very dirty (floor, mirror, window), spare pillow had blood stains, balcony was not separated from next door apartment

Good breakfast, free parking, quiet location, 2 double rooms for a decent price, good starting point for hiking, lots of restaurants at 10min walk away

It would be nice to have a fridge in the room or in the shared kitchen area.

The place is managed without staff during the day (after breakfast). It is a nice idea until the check-in system breaks which was our case. But we were able to figure it out quite quickly. Breakfast was amazing :)

the wifi was bad the supplies at the lobby bar were low

the rooms were big, nice view, great parking and ski storing facilities, the breakfast was delicious and varied. the common areas were soo cozy with great views. the hotel had this common lobby bar without personnel available to address any questions or needs when the bar lacked some essentials (e.g it was hard to get tea, cups, any cutlery or so after breakfast time). The lack of personnel felt very nice, relaxed. you just served yourself from the bar and paid accordingly at the end if the stay. Just be prepared if you want a warm drink at the hotel after skiing the whole day. i liked the concern for the environment and they room cleaning / towel changing policy (only upon request to preserve resources).

- As it's an external admin hotel you don't have a contact person. We stayed almost 24h without hot water without somebody to contact us to tell us the status. - The room had a damp smell.

The Hotel had an amazing view, from the room and the from the lobby also. Breakfast was very rich and delicious. Good value for money and good location.

The storage space for skis and snowboards is untidy. The room for three is small with uncomfortable sofa bed for the third person. Cleaning only on request and superficially, without changing the bedding. Annoying maybe only for me, we requested late check out and they politely refused us without giving us any alternative.

Good breakfast, quiet location with great view, private parking which is very important considering the difficulty of finding parking spaces in the area.

Location is a bitt uphill from the bus station around 15 mins. Quite anonymous, no real staff, if you want the room to be cleaned, you must hand the sign on the door, but thats all ok. The only real negative thing is that the room were connected through 2 doors, so you could hear if somebody was walking, talking or doing whatever in the other room.

I received at least 20+ email notifications from keyone for the two rooms I booked. These notifications were annoying and disturbing as they sent the same notification over and over again even after I checked in.

Cleanness, the rooms were very nice, the view from the room was amazing, and breakfast choices were diverse. The self-service bar and the common areas were nice as well.

Tv has to be renewed and our door lock didn’t work good. First day we could sit with our dog in the breakfast room (he behaved really well), second day we had to sit separately in a different room. There was no service in that room (no pepper or salt, no napkins,…) so that was a little unfriendly. Especially since we paid 15 euro per night extra for the dog.

No reception staff onsite (shout-out to the single caretaker who was available on site and helped us with missing room key), somewhat awkward access by car.

Two things detracts from this hotel. There are only background staff, no reception, it is all online, which may save them money but takes time to input all the details. Also asked for a mountain view room expecting the front and was given the back, after phone calling was moved to a side room

There is much to commend this hotel particularly the location and view. Good Hotel layout breakfast fine.
