The style of the hotel is a bit old, but it's a comfortable stay It was tiring to walk up to the hotel with my luggage on the date of check-in, good though they could arrange a shuttle to train station on the check-out date The swimming pools and sauna area are large Some staff look like a bit new and need more training

There wasn’t good coffee,no freshly squeezed juice. For the price of the hotel should be the minimum to offer. The water in the pool was could.

Set menu at the restaurant was expensive but not that tasty. A la carte was better: small menu, but tasty and not that expensive - totally recommend the cheese plate and schnitzel!

Great spa facility - outdoor pool in the snowfall was absolutely beautiful!

That the wellness area and the bar was closed by the time we got back from the slopes. But that is about the only thing .

The staff was really friendly and welcoming. The rooms were clean and everything was in order. The breakfast was amazing and of great quality!

Only the problem was that the hotel did not receive the confirmation from the Booking com about our payment and we needed to solve the situation at the place. Additionaly, the reception staff showed us the information from Booking com with another credit card information , so we needed to correct the information with the reception staff.

The bed was two singles put together and there were two single duvets which was awkward. There were no tea or coffee in the room (despite there being a kettle) and no bath. The bathroom was a little basic. I asked for an iron and ironing board, and they said they didn't have any, which was difficult as we were going out to dinner and wanted to dress smart.

Scenery is amazing, lots of car parking, fantastic swimming pool and views. Room was large and clean and had a balcony. Food (we only had breakfast) was superb!

Everything was perfect, service at the restaurant, reception, giving you advice. The spa was perfect, it explained how to use the different saunas/hamman, I appreciate, the only thing it’s that in my community is not typical see pepople naked and I don’t feel very comfortable with this, I was with my bikini and I look down when people walk by my side, but maybe they think the same with me in bikini😅

Absolutely everything, we couldn’t have made a better choice for a relaxing wellness holiday. Special thanks to the chef for the exquisite gala dinner and to the very friendly staff that made our stay even more amazing.

The hotel is beautiful and surrounded by nature and great for guests with dogs. Customer service was exceptional, I notified the hotel ahead of time I had a dog and when we got to the room there were dog treats, bowls and blankets which was an incredibly thoughtful.

If coming with public transport, the hotel is a bit uphill, 15-20 mins by a walk on the other hand in the day of arrival and departure the shuttle to bus station/Ötztal was offered for hotel guests

Kurhotel, simply amazing, offering a lot of options to relax (massages, treatments, with very reasonable price, spa), healthy food, comfortable and cosy room, the hotel looks in reality actually much nicer in reality than in photos

i guess the building is a bit old and the walls are thin as we could hear some noises from the neighbors and also their tv but this is something

the location and the view over the mountains was very beautiful, very spacious rooms and also very clean. stuff is very nice and friendly. breakfast was good with a lot of choices for everyone, from farmer’s yogurt and meat to vegan/vegetarian food. the thermal baths are nice, water wasn’t that warm but it wasn’t a big issue. the sauna area is also very nice and has also a relax area.

It was abit of elavated road walk from the main road to hotel, especially dragging the luggage bag. We dint know we can be picked up at the main road, but we got dropped when we left.

Loved the view, the pool and the food. They had buffet dinner and breakfast. The staffs were friendly and we got such a lovely room overlooking the mountains.
