heavily used road bringing a lot of traffic noise into the rooms, also at night and early morning. carpeted room floors, so heavy for allergics, a bit inpersonal

We had only two complaints: 1) neither my wife nor I liked the pillows, 2) our room was above the outdoor dining and since there is no air conditioning, cigarette smoke drifted up from outdoor diners and into our open windows.

We stayed here for the last night of our trip as it's close to the airport and were very pleased with the experience. We had dinner on site and the restaurant was very good with great staff. The facilities were clean and comfortable and parking was extremely simple.

I thought the dinner was average. We ate one night in the hotel which was fine, but so many Austrian hotels in that category are exceptional

I dont no if there somfing that i dont like. I came in high season for most german travlers so some of the staff was not good on the english side. But not somfing there was a big problem. And I think the only thing i realy diden like was the garden. Om fotos you see where there is some Nice fin platforme. You cut relax on. But when i came thay where roten away and not taken down. That was a werry sad think to look at. New fotos wood be good. the pon looks werry Nice and cut have lookt Better og thay where gorn. And then there is the basment. More a wish for the futur. I hopet there wood be some way of outside way to get in to the basment. So you dont have to lift your bike up of stairs of all the way to the main door and out. Also more if you have a werry muddy day so you dont drake it frue the hole hotel. So Also some way to show respekt for the hotel and cleaning staff 😊

I realy liket Thats it was a bit out frome the City. So there was a bit more pic. Werry easy to find. And I think i cam befor the realy big season began. So not to meny others in the hotel. And the over all design of the hotel is werry good and peace full to go around in. the staff was Nice. A bit shy alot of them. but be side that Nice staff. And i was Happy that thay had a basment for my bike. The rooms was Nice to bee in. big for what you get out of your money. And the chef was Nice and easy if you hade some problems with your food or other things.

the room is empty, no bathroom amenities or kettle for tea or coffee. didn’t clean my room for 2 days. also the pillows is very thin and not comfortable, they don’t provide extra blanket or pillow in the room

the location in great, quite and beautiful. the staff were very nice and kind, they helped with everything. breakfast is good

The mattress and pillow were a far too soft for my liking, but that’s just personal preference :) Breakfast was good, though I would have appreciated the option of cereals, oats, and alternatives like soy or oat milk.

i noticed a strand of hair at the bath tub that was left by the previous guest upon check in— but small matter.

Sweet and kind staff from the reception to the restaurant to the ayurverdic doctor. Gorgeous view that opens up to the Alps… comfortable sheets. loved the detox shots, fresh juicer and ginger warm water for breakfast
