We really enjoyed our stay, everything was perfect. The room was spacious, clean, modern. The facilities was great we enjoyed the pool especially the outside one and also the sauna and wellness. The staff was always friendly and extremely helpful. It was also very convenient to lend bicycles and hiking equipment from the hotel (all was of good quality).

PortugalThe rooms were very warm during the night, with no option for individual temperature control (only central heating/cooling). The amenities could be improved — there was only one gel provided, which was the same for both hand washing and showering. It would be nice to have separate products like shampoo and conditioner, among other things. We felt somewhat overlooked for not speaking German, especially in comparison to the other guests
Dinners and breakfast were excellent. The reception staff were friendly and approachable. Free (non-electric) bicycles were available, including helmets and locks. The outdoor pool was heated.

ChinaMaybe think about offering a shuttle to e.g. Schlick 2000 and/or Elfer instead of just the Stubai glacier? This may make sense during peak season.
Plenty of breakfast choices,, high quality of food: where elsed o you get to choose between four different kinds of butter? The shuttle bus to the lift ia also super, with a choice of several convenient departing & return times. Both pools, all saunas and the wellness/relaxation areas were fabulous, with the attendants providing excellent service

UkraineRooms need to be renovated, it almost looks like rooms compared to lobby/spa belong to different hotels. I know that lux rooms are new and stylish, but standard and panorama rooms look like rooms from 1990's, especially bathrooms. No place to dry out clothes (ski clothes, bath suits after spa) , which is strange for a ski resort hotel. Customer relations is not very friendly if you have irregular request, shuttle bus to ski lift is very limited in time and could not meet our needs, so we had to take regular bus
