Staff was not super friendly at check in and check out. Fridge in the room didn't cool very good (but was very quiet). House-keeping forgot to put glasses in the room.

Very nice and spacious room with big balcony and hanger for clothes on the balcony. Good mountain view and very quiet. The beds were super comfy. High quality big screen TV.

Friendly and efficient service from all staff. Good choice of food at breakfast. Comfortable rooms and lounge areas with an added bonus for use of the indoor swimming pool.

All were good. Just mentioning that the breakfast and the spa facilities are on the opposite building, so you have to go out in the cold. But we already knew that!

Nice, spacious room in a nice old building. The breakfast and the swimming pool were really nice. Close to the village center and 5 minutes drive from the Gondola. The staff helped us in all our requests before and during our trip.

The room was bright and airy with a lovely outlook. A large and comfortable bathroom too. The property was gorgeous. Breakfast was excellent.

Staff wasn’t friendly. We didn’t feel that welcome as we’re used to. Shower is combined with a bath. You need to cross the road to have breakfast.

This is a small and very cosy hotel, with a fantastic friendly staff! The rooms are nice, and the hotel is very quiet. The location is great, with only a 5 minute to the center of Kirchberg, where we found a variety of shops and restaurants. It is also located near the skilifts (maybe not walking distance, we never tried since we had a rental car), but for sure it's walking distance to the Skibus. The breakfast is good, very nice presented and with small variations every day. The Sauna area is nice and clean, with a nice relax area as well. But we did miss a bit more facilities, like a Jacuzzi or a steambath, that would have been nice.

Nothing. Only if you would need the wifi for work or so (which we didn't) but sometimes the signal goes in and out in the room. So not the best reception there. But once you have it , it works well.

Breakfast was amaaazing, a buffet with everything you want. Also very healthy with lots of fruit options, muesli, yoghurt etc and fresh goodies like fresh breads, cakes, cheeses etc And delicious coffee. Ilona herself welcomes you every morning there with a beautiful smile and makes sure you have everything you want. She is the best! And the place is so cutely decorated, even candles are lit. Every little detail is taken care of with lots of love. And the room and the bathroom are very spacious and super clean. Nice balcony and super comfy bed. Lots of space for clothes, little sitting area and a desk. Please note, it is recommended to reserve restaurants ahead of time. We were there the first week of January and realised the best restaurants like Kupferstubern (our favorite!) and Asados steakhouse, are fully booked sometimes a week ahead. But we were lucky they had a cancellation.
