The only issue I had was that my room (24) was connected to room (25) and I could hear talking/tv ext when trying to get to sleep. I was also woken up in the middle of the night by snoring on two occasions. The team did offer me a room change but the hotel was fully booked so it didn't happen. I used the fan on the following nights and it was fine. Just something to be aware of if booking a single room.

Firstly the hotel is in a perfect location. 2 minutes walk from the train station which was very handy as I had a large suitcase and bike box. The staff were brilliant and extremely quick to respond to any questions on WhatsApp. The kitchen is also very useful and cleaned regularly. My room was small but had a nice sized bathroom with a powerful shower. Bed and pillow very comfortable. No noise from outside at all. Also very close to some nice restaurants. I would definitely consider staying here again on a return visit.

Only improvement would suggest is to add mosquito netting. Left the upper part of the window open in main bathroom first night and filled with every kind of bug the next morning. Kept window open in other rooms with no problem but just closed window in bathroom and all fine

Everything! We traveled for two months and Villa B may have been our favorite place we stayed or one of them. The apartment is ideally located and the area is stunning with national park. Parking is good. The highlights of the apartment were the sauna that we enjoyed and the soaker bath as well as the bay window dining area with a view of the lake Villa has its own kitchen (shared is for hotel room guests) and a large balcony with views of the lake.

Main living room only fairly comfortable, with just one seat on the sofa a comfy spot. Every other seat very upright and not as comfortable. The balcony is great but not directly connected to the apartment, but opposite a small landing area. The pictures blend both villas a and b

The pictures of the booked room showed better views of the balcony. I really like the apartment, the balcony was good. But the picture of the balcony did not match our balcony. It was a picture of another, bigger and better balcony. Still...the apartment was very good!

Our room did not have air conditioning, just have this in mind for summer periods, that it might get warm. Limited parking spots on site so reserve yours in advance for an additional fee. But there's a big public paid parking lot right next to this place.

Clean, great balcony and view of the lake , easy to find, we had great deal for 2 nights , we would have stayed longer but it was fully booked , we were lucky to get a parking space , you have to pay but it’s worth it .

There was no staff in a conventional way, however they replied via WhatsApp when I arrived despite being late evening and were able to help me find more suitable parking for my motorcycle. The rooms were nice, clean and modern

The kitchen and lounge and garden are exceptional facilities for a hotel. They are comfortable, very well equipped and kept very clean.

Beds were so uncomfortable so I had to switch with my kid, to sleep on his bed, to even fall asleep before incoming 1500km trip. It's a bit pity that they charge you extra 10 Euros per night for parking.

Location is just a couple of minutes walking distance from old town. Room was clean. They have a separate lounge area with full kitchen equipment.

Very clean and a great location. I’m not sure of the no staff and shared kitchen concept at this price point. It’s a bit like an expensive hostel. The communication by whatsapp was however very effective. Again on the plus side the room was good with a nice little balcony. The whole area seems expensive so maybe this is good value. Car park next door was a god send as the hotel only has 10 parking spaces.
