Our stay at Villa Himmlgassl was truly exceptional. The villa is modern, beautifully designed, and combines alpine charm with luxurious comfort. The apartment is spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully equipped with everything you need—from a private sauna and cozy fireplace to comfortable box-spring beds and a fully stocked kitchen with a high-quality coffee machine. The location is ideal: quiet yet central, with the ski bus stop right nearby and the train station just a short walk away. The balconies and terraces offer stunning mountain views, making mornings and evenings especially memorable. We also appreciated the sustainable approach of the villa, from the eco-friendly building materials to the solar panels and EV charging stations in the private garage. The hosts were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help. Their kindness and care made our stay feel even more special. Whether for a family holiday or a relaxing alpine escape, Villa Himmlgassl is the perfect choice. We left with wonderful memories and would love to return.

We stayed here as a family and had a wonderful time. The place is beautiful, very comfortable, and fully equipped with everything we needed. It’s also conveniently located near many tourist attractions, which made our outings easy and enjoyable. The host is incredibly kind and helpful — she made us feel completely at home, which added a warm, personal touch to our stay. We truly felt like we were in our own home. We’ll definitely be coming back, and we highly recommend this place — it’s absolutely worth it!

I don't want to spoil the first impresion....But coming from the lift to the apartment...you have to experince that 😉. Everything was just perfect and apartment is sooooo nice. Also the host was more than kind and helpful. The person who designed the building is a genius with the right feeling for details. Big sauna, wonderfull rooms, bathrooms.... Congrats!

Due to the specific modern heating with no radiators (or any other heating element) an alternative option to dry out wet ski clothes would be nice to have. In general, lot of state-of-the-art technologies are installed and sometimes would be helpful to have brief easy-to-follow user’s instruction such as pictograms etc.

Lovely apartment for winter vacation with private sauna. Modern design and fully equipped. Stunning views from the terrace. Great location for skiers (ski bus stop just in front of the house) and for non-skiers as well as it is easy to walk to the town and in the nature. Convenient parking for the cars. Very friendly and caring landlords.

Apartment is super, spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything thing you need. The AC is central and in all the rooms :). The Furnitures and kitchenware are tops. property owner is very kind and helpful Hope next time they add the TV smart service

Very nice place with good location specially for kids there a very near park and swimming pool.. good coffee machine, comfy beds , big balcony with nice view, they have individual AC in each room. Very friendly owner ❤️ We really love the place
