The accommodation is fantastic and the owners are delightful! The breakfast was good and the beds were comfortable. The room was super clean and the location/view was great! Overall, an amazing stay! We already look forward to going back there soon!

The bathroom was very small, however it was not a problem for us since we didn't miss anything. We stayed for 3 nights, but there was not a lot to do in the area, especially since the weather wasn't great either.

We had a lovely stay at Villa Brandstätter. The owners themselves were not there, but the female host was very friendly and made sure we got everything we needed. The breakfast was great with fresh eggs every morning. The room was also fine with nice soft towels.

Beautiful old house with lots of charm and clean cozy rooms. Very friendly and welcoming hosts. 5 min walk from downtown. Good breakfast - you can even sit on the terrace and enjoy the views. Highly recommended.

We had a bit of trouble finding accommodation because there is a very sharp side street that is easy to miss. Apart from that, we exercised our rusty German a bit since the owners didn't speak English. It was not a problem at all and they were super friendly, just something to prepare for.

The property had a super nice Tyrol feel to it and felt quite traditional. The views were simply amazing and we really liked the breakfast!

What is there not to like about this place? Let me tell you that from the beginning, you’ll feel at home both because of the coziness of the place and because of how warm and welcoming Rupert is. I could honestly not have asked for a better spot to spend my few days in this heavenly spot in the alps. The house is almost 100 years old and the architecture of it is just exactly what you imagine you’ll see up there. The place was absolutely spotless… spotless I tell you. The breakfast was beyond. The attention from everyone is just above what you expect. I seriously did not want to leave this paradise and part of it was because of my stay here. If you’re looking for a place to stay, I would honestly urge you to not hesitate twice to just book your stay. It’s 5 minutes from the Hof which means there’s peacefulness (I can imagine even in high season) and the views are unbelievable. My room facing the back alps had a gorgeous balcony with clear straight view to the peaks… what else can you ask for as the first thing you see when you wake up? Beatrice was an absolute gem, although I only saw her a couple of times for short periods. All in all, this deserves the 10/10!

Couldn't have been better.

The breakfast was spectacular. Rupert supplied everything you could possibly want, including eggs laid only ten minutes ago. The view was ideal--the village's 500-year old church on one side and Austria's highest peak on the other side. Nothing obstructed our view of either.
