I still scratch my head at the concept of "double bed" being x2 single beds put next to each other... why??? While this is not unique to this hotel. The one thing that was disconcerting was the automatic light in the bathroom; it takes a few minutes to turn off when you leave the bathroom, which can disturb the sleep process.

The closest I've come to give 10/10 for a stay. The room was nice without being superb, yet for the price point lived to expectations. The spa and sauna area is truly special, gifted with beautiful views and sensible layout of the facilities. The included breakfast is as expected from a good quality place, nice and mostly fresh.

The TV remote was very dirty with a lot of stubborn dirt and grime on it. The pillows were not very comfy. The rooms were not very soundproof from the noise of the room above. I would have liked to know about the activities before arriving so I could plan for joining these. The gym was not advertised as an extra cost but was a good price for guests.

Incredible views, and wonderful scenic gym (€10 per entry), friendly staff, plenty of breakfast on offer, cheap and delicious dinner, lots of activities available. I would definitely come and stay again.

very small rooms, booked a double standard room(mountain view, with a mountain view price)but they gave us a double room with parking views(which is suppose to be cheaper).. "they say they cant do anything about it because they are fully booked. the so called "supervisor" did not do anything just to make us feel better about the situation, no hotel compliments! She told us the "mountain view" room is subject to availability! then they should have charged us with a park-view room!! i made it a point to book the mountain view room(which was much expensive than the parkview room) the hotel does not have its own fitness center.. you need to pay an additional amount because it "does not" belong to the hotel. No phone/no aircon/no coffee machine or water heater..paid 1132€ for 4 nights..Quite disappointed.. it was not really value for the money.

We didn't like our room, more particularly the toilet. It has no door at all, not for the toilet seat and not for the shower which makes water run everywhere. Also the door of the room was not functioning properly, we pushed so hard to open it every time. First night we found a huge spider because they left the window open which is totally fine because it is surrounded by nature. But the problem is it was pretty hot inside the room with window closed and there was no air conditioner or at least fan, that made our night so difficult. Pool area has wooden bed which is NOT comfortable AT ALL! Also not adjustable so you have to stay flat on your back. Otherwise you have to lay on the grass. There is no separate pool for kids which is also not so nice if you don't have kids or wanna enjoy a moment of peace. In short, it is too expensive for what the hotel is offering.

Spa includes Sauna and Jacuzzi were fine. It is a complete naked section though. Pool also was nice. Good point they gave us the option to enjoy the spa and pool after our check out.

The dinner included in the half pension (I got the vegetarian option) was disastrous. It was called a "veggie one-pot" and consisted in only steamed cauliflowers and brocoli on a few spoonfuls of a soup. It was not a balanced meal, had no protein or carbs, was not seasonned and globally was extremely sad. As I was sadly eating my steamed brocolis (I still regret not taking it back to the kitchen), I saw a few tables away a woman who, receiving the same meal, put on an equally sad face. Absolutely not worth the price (roughly 30€), I woke up hungry during the night (or was it because the rooms were not soundproof enough and I could hear the guest above me pacing the floor)...

WIFi connection unstable throughout lobby and guest room areas. Required to try login several times or re-taking picture of QR code. There was confusion in the booking of room (selected double room) yet price was only for 1 person (saw this only 1 day before arrival). Will say „user error“, yet information in booking app was not clear (not fault of hotel). Hotel staff changed booking to reflect 2 guests. All good.

Good location, spa area offers different saunas, service of staff excellent. Special thanks to Harry in the restaurant for his hospitality. Food quality excellent. Bedroom (while small @ 19m2) very functional.
