Comfortable double bed, with good connection to the inner city- around 15min to Mirabel garden. Breakfast was excellent, lots of options, especially given the fact that we came down pretty late, at apprpx 9.30 and they serve breakfast until 10. Excellent value

We missed a cutlery in the large room with a fridge and a kettle.

The location was a bit far from the centre but we had a car, so it was not an issue for us. There is a parking lot at the hotel. The room could accommodate 7 people, although we were a group of 3.

room was clean but need to update the WIFI not strong enough but not bad at all. please Austria start thinking about 30 degrees + aircon must be stronger cooling. hairdryer stopes often due to over heat. fridge need update not cool enough. overall if ask me if i go again i say yes easy to park organized and helpful staff :)

As there was a fridge and kettle would have been a good gesture to have provided coffee, sugar and milk sachets.

Clean tidy room with air conditioning and fridge. Reception staff were excellent ... extremely pleasant and helpful.

Reception staff was supposed to email me the Guest Mobility pass when we checked in but she forgot and we couldn't go out that evening as we were waiting for the email. I had to get it from reception ( which is in another building) next morning. I also sent messages through the booking.com prior to coming but there was no reply

Had a fridge, internet was good, room was clean..Had a halal restaurant just outside the hotel..Multiple bus stops were serving the hotel.Tip bus line 120 connects directly to Salzburg Hauptbahnof ( central train station) and is a 2 minute walk away .Room also had. Tea kettle and mugs.

I missed fresh fruit at breakfast. The one they offered wasn't really fresh.

Easily accessible by car, bus around the corner. Very friendly staff. A private and quite room. Interesting Chinese style interior. Made me think of a Chinese restaurant, haha.

The guy (Chinese)? on the reception desk was very helpful. Free travel cards given for local transport for the duration of the stay.

Nice place, kettle and TV in the room. Breakfast is complete and tasty. Close to railway station. Kindly staff and of course transport Salzburg region pass was recieved, good option. We are satisfied. Thanks.

Liked: We really liked the overall look of the hotel — it was clean, modern, and conveniently located near the city centre and a bus stop. There was a lift, and our room had a nice view. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, and they promptly fixed the air conditioning when we reported an issue. We enjoyed the food, especially the fried rice and noodles — great portion sizes, which we appreciated as Asian travellers. The beds were comfortable, and both the towels and sheets were very clean. For a budget-friendly option, it truly felt like a five-star experience. Disliked: The toilet was a bit noisy when flushing, but it was tolerable and didn’t affect our overall comfort. Summary: We had a great stay in Salzburg. The hotel exceeded our expectations for the price — clean, comfortable, and well-located with helpful staff and good food. We’d happily stay here again.

The reception and cleaning staff were very pleasant and informative. The free travel pass and the frequency of the buses it was no problem going to Salzburg centre or to the countryside. The room was spacious.

Far from city center, but the bus was simple (every 30 minutes). Some noise from outside.

Located beyond tourist Salzburg, on a main road, tho set back from it so not bothered by traffic noise, in a commercial / light industrial area. A little bit clinical, not so much charming. More like a motel. Slightly off beaten track location not a big deal as Salzburg is such a small place.

Spotlessly clean. Fair value. Comfortable. Quiet. A twenty minute walk into town or bus stop right outside.
