Great hotel, amazing breakfast, all personell super nice and welcoming.

We stayed in this hotel for a night. The hotel room was spacious and clean, and equipped with all expected amenities and appliances. The hotel itself is conveniently located above a restaurant and offers parking space for car. Overall a pleasant stay.

When the restaurant is closed, it's not obvious where you need to go to check in.

Pillows and duvet, bedroom was small, not enough table space near the bed.

The service was outstanding. The hotel owned by family members, and they take off their guests as if they are part of the family.

One of the best places I've ever stayed in. 💯 Not only was everything at Uncle Jack's fine-tuned to the last detail, from the ground floor to the rooftop, but the owner's family and staff were also incredibly nice and sweet, creating an amazingly pleasant atmosphere. The rooms are clean and very well equipped. The beds are comfy with firmer mattresses (thanks for those! :) We also enjoyed the sauna (there are two, to be precise) after our hike—you can make yourself tea or use water drops there to hydrate properly. Oh, and have I mentioned the breakfasts? They are really something! Thank you so much, we loved it :)

We loved the family-friendly vibe and the amazing staff who helped with everything we needed. The design was great, the facilities were top-notch, and the breakfast was delicious.

The staying at Uncle Jack was one of the most charming experiences that we had! The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming, helped us with everything we needed, from recommendation of where to go, food and more, and everything with a real willingness to assist. The design of Jack is very unique and makes you smile and chill from the minute you step in :). The bar and the food in Jack's place were great as well - and sitting for a beer after a long day out is just perfect.

A small family owend hotel, it seems that the whole family is invested in making your stay comfortable and fun. The staff was helpful and kind - from the main desk, to the waitress and the kitchen. The design of the room and the hotel itself was beautiful and updated. The room was as clean as possible. One of the best showers I've had in a hotel. There is a spa area in the hotel that we didn't get to use. Breakfast was excellent. In the evening the lobby becomes an inviting and cool looking bar with great snacks to eat, and fun atmosphere. Location is perfect in middle of town, near restaurants, supermarket, and the cable car. There is a hotel parking.

I wish I had a fridge in the room. Beds and pillows are Ok if I'm nitpicking. Can't really complain, I loved the place!

Just one tiny recommendation - might be a good idea to have a small espresso machine for coffee and a boiler for tea on the rooms.
