There was a waitress that could have smiled more or be more polite or diligent. But I believe everybody has rough days/weeks, so forgivable...

Perfect, delicious and well measured. Excellent bread selection, eggs perfectly boiled plus an egg corner for any taste. Top!!!

The area of the swimming pool was cold and the outdoor and indoor water pool was cold.

The staff was really friendly, mostly the romanian guy at the reception! Very welcoming! Generally everyone was very kind and helpful! The room was great! The view was magic and the comfort and the size was just perfect!

The pool is closing at 7, which was inconvenient for us as we attended classes that were until 6 and one hour by driving from the hotel.

Two small matraces instead of one big matrace (why?) - and the restaurant "Einkehre" that was recommended (and belongs to the same owners) is not well managed.

Cosy hotel, nice wellness area with Saunas and pools, charching for e-car available at fair price (but make sure not to take the pole in front of the door, that one does not belong to the hotel and is severly overpriced).

Time flies far to quick !

A VERY cosy home to stay. Lovely traditional interior design, a family business run with remarkable dedication to ensure that your stay will be perfect. Great atmosphère, very clean / amazing food, relaxing wellness area - complimentary access to a private beach and access to mountain cable cars. The hotel is set within a fairy tale landscape. As you have gathered from the above- we all really enjoyed our stay and can only highly recommend it. Go for it !

A lovely family hotel with comfortable, clean rooms. The breakfast was fresh and tasty, and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The hotel also offers saunas and a small gym, which was great to use. Location is also great, it is nearby two cable cars. It also offers warm and spacious storage for ski equipment. Overall, a great stay!

The sauna was a naked area! Probably ok for Europeans but a bit strange for less liberal Australians.

Very nice room with balcony and view. Nice temperature - not too hot and heated floor in bathroom was great. Nice fluffy bathrobe provided for pool, spa etc. Excellent food of a very high standard. Free lunch provided from about 1.00 pm to 4.00 pm Staff very friendly and efficient. Excellent gym - top quality equipment. Also pool, hot tub and sauna. Walking distance to two ski lifts or ski bus stops at the door. Ski storage room Hotel also offers the Sunshine card for free activities like snow shoeing and cross country skiing.

Too many kids, there is no " adults only" area. We were trying to be understanding and didn't use indoor pool or jacuzzi but parents bring there kids everywhere, even to clearly marked quiet room ( where kids decided to play obviously 🙄) Rooms don't have kettle, coffee machine ( I was sure it's a must for a 4 star hotel)

Very nice hotel with friendly staff. We loved amazing spa area, they have outdoor swimming pool, indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, few steam rooms, saunas... Rooms are big, clean, warm. Food was great, breakfasts were really nice. Every evening there was new creative menu. Our waitress Xenia was a star. Thank you so munch for amazing time

Hotel is nice with authentic Austrian vibes and friendly staff. There is nice wellness area as well. Position is great with just 5 minutes walk from Sonnwiesenbahn I.

Staying at the hotel exceeded our expectations. The hotel was tidy and pleasantly warm. We recommend that you booked also diner at their place, as the dishes prepared in the hotel are delicious. I would also like to praise the very friendly staff. The new part of the spa is absolutely wonderful - you just need to catch a time when it is not crowded.

Ski & boot room at hotel not big enough during a busy week.

Hotel meals were excellent. Bedroom very comfortable. Hotel was on edge of town so location quiet.

All the activities at the hotel are open only until 7 pm. The ski area is not ski in-ski out distance.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff is always there to help.
