No air conditioning in our room (I don't know about other rooms), the door didn't close right, no mosquito net on windows to help air the rooms... No (functioning) bathroom vent. We spent a relaxing evening on the terrace but the wine spritzer was really watered down for the price... There is quite some room to improve the services. The location is great, so.. it's a matter of doing the right thing.

location was perfect for our motorcycle trip with parking undercover available for my bike, only enough space for a few but plenty of outdoor parking in a safe area. Evening meal was good, although it became busy with groups of motorbikes arriving and a little short of staff for that amount of people but we got served no trouble.

We were disappointed that the sauna was not functioning, despite notifying the reception about the issue.

The hotel offers a stunning view of the sunset over the mountains, spacious rooms, and comfortable beds. The spa is beautifully designed and clean. Brekfast is very tasty! We spent New Year's Eve at the hotel — a big thank you to the host for the champagne and the spectacular fireworks!

Not so much did not like, but be aware that there is a defined check-in time (usually 4pm local) for Hotel Molltalerhof.

The location (Rangersdorf) was a quiet village outside of Lienz. The views to the mountains were stunning and the environment was fresh and clean. It's a little way outside of a main city, but if you're looking for a quiet stay somewhere, this more than fits the bill. The staff spoke English well, and the hotel was full of character, clean, and comfortable. For us breakfast was included and the range of food available was extensive. The bed was super comfortable!

Check in is at 4pm. Before that time the door is closed! There is nowhere to go if you arrive earlier. The hotel is really old and squeaky.

There was quite a long waiting time to check in and to check out (5-15 min) but that was also down to a large group checking out at a similar time. There was no staff present when we arrived but as soon as they came checking in was fast and efficient. There is no air conditioning in the room, but there are large windows that can be opened.

Idyllic location, close to the Grosglockner high alpine road, Good paths for a quick run/cycle around the area. The room was very spacious and clean. Breakfast was simple but apitising. There was a restaurant on site. The small playground outside was very well received by the kids. All in all would recommend and come back myself.

A bit outdated furniture. It's an old building. The waiter who took our order and served us the meals in the evening, did not know any English.

Easy to find in a small nice Austrian village with very helpfull staff. Pretty hotel with a spacius room with a balcony. The hotel also runs a pretty nice restaurant with a good variety of things to order. It also offers good breakfast as well.

No one’s fault, the cook was sick so the restaurant was closed. The breakfast the next morning was included and was EXCEPTIONAL and the staff was A plus!
