Instructions for the parking were completely missing. So I'm going to explain here, because it' s really a pitty for this small detail to tamper one's experience with this great place. So the parking for the hotel and annexes' guests is located on the same street as the main hotel building, about 150m left as you look at the main hotel entrance. Before reaching the parking automated gate with your car, on the left side (driver's side) there is a green street lamp with a card reader for the parking. Here you must show your room card and the gate will open. Other than that, the coffee was not great, so I guess this is the last thing they still have to improve :)

Everything was just perfect, great value for the money! One of the best accommodations we have ever booked. The room was very spacious, bathroom as well. Furnitures were of high quality, and bathroom was very well done, with high quality materials. Breakfast was delicious, with lots of options, including vegetarian. Really, we didn't expect to find this quality.

Could not reach anyone at 4:30 check in time to ask questions but we figured it out and it was all ok.

What a pleasant surprise after a long drive and last minute booking. Everything was great. Pity the restaurant wasn't open. The breakfast, the spa and the beds were amazing!! Thank you.

Our room was located on the ground floor facing an inner courtyard. The light in this courtyard was on even at night, it was very bright and meant the blinds had to be put down fully, which in turn meant there was no fresh air coming into the room. This made it somewhat uncomfortable to sleep.

Breakfast was excellent - a good choice of fresh food and all very tasty. Although nobody sits at reception Thursday through Sunday, it was easy to reach the team through the intercom on the hotel building and all questions were answered straight away.

The breakfast was perfect, sossiges, bacon, fried eggs and so. The choice was very nice and diverse. I really enjoyed the price/quality. Very good hotel to have a sleep while traveling. The also provided free parking.

Since we had the room located next to the entrance of the auxillary building, we could hear every person coming in and out and the we could also hear the noise on the street, especially during early morning. So we recommend ear plugs if you get the same room.

Even though we arrived quite late, our host Martin was kind enough to open the SPA for us. Overall, the interaction with the staff was a pleasant one - they were helpful and kind. The breakfast was delicious, diverse and exceeded our expectations of a continental breakfast. Everything was very well maintained and clean.

I was looking for accommodation close to Burg Clam to attend a concert and found this one by chance (close to the bus shuttle pick up point). It really surprised me, because I though it's a Catering Company, but it had the most comfortable rooms, super clean and uncomplicated check-in outside of their opening hours. It even has a spa area (which was closed unfortunately). The breakfast was superb, huge buffet and all in all great :-)

The hotel is splitted into different buildings, which are reachable only from outside, in the winter you should put the clothes on.
