Very nice spa hotel! The food, service, rooms, and spa are perfect. The staff at the spa, including cosmetologist Anamaria and physiotherapist Christos, were professional and helped my son and me relax even more. The restaurant staff and the barkeeper were very friendly and had nice personalities. The food was of very good quality. I can recommend the hotel. We visited in August, and the weather was not too hot, which made it pleasant.

We returned to this hotel after 11 years and were impressed to see how much it has improved — modernized and updated, yet still keeping its unique atmosphere. The bed and bedding are exceptionally comfortable, the view from the room is stunning, and the spa area with thermal pools is outstanding. The sauna ritual is a true delight for both body and soul. Dinner was simply incredible — exquisite cuisine, flawless presentation, and top-level service in the restaurant. Breakfast was just as rich and delicious.

Unfortunately, our arrival was marred by a disappointing policy. We reached the hotel at noon and, despite rooms being available, were asked to pay a €165 fee to check in just two hours early. This felt quite unreasonable; especially as we departed at 8am on our last day and are regular guests. While it’s understandable that early check-ins at 8am should be discouraged, a more flexible approach for midday arrivals would go a long way in enhancing the guest experience. Waiting two hours in the car with a small child was not ideal.

The rooms are large, comfortable, and perfect for unwinding after a day of skiing or relaxing in the spa. The wellness area is fantastic, with expansive indoor and outdoor thermal pools, numerous saunas, hammams, and a serene atmosphere. While massages are available, they are quite expensive - up to €75 for just 20 minutes. Meal service was exceptional throughout our stay. The multi-course dinners paired with a generous buffet selection offered something for every taste. We looked forward to each evening meal. The hotel ski shuttle is a huge plus - it will drop you off at any nearby ski slope and pick you up when you're done. This level of flexibility and comfort is rare and much appreciated. The afternoon snack service, which includes fresh fruit and cakes, is a lovely and delicious touch - and it’s included in the price.

Hotel Ronacher is really amazing place to spend holidays with family and dog :-),they are pet friendly hotel. Service was very profesional. Food was delicious and Mrs Simone Ronacher with her team was the best we ever met in any hotel. ( we travel a lot) Specially Nikolett. She was perfect. Her attitude, her service and mood was allways amazing. We enjoyed every meal because of her 👍 Wellnes in hotel is also very nice, many types of sauna, thermal water and their SPA treatments was amazing. I tried ayurveda masage and facial cleansing masage. I recomend to spend holidays here. You will feel special in every way. I also apreciate personal atitude, small personal notes in the room and profesional attitude of every staff which work here. Thank you dear family Ronacher and your team, we will definitely come back again.

The spa area is absolutely exceptional, the gym is fantastic, and the entire property exudes warmth and care, making you feel truly at home. Simone (Frau Ronacher) added a personal touch by greeting us in the dining area every evening, making us feel incredibly special with her charm and hospitality. We are already looking forward to returning!

Excellent and very hospitable hotel. The second time I stayed there and celebrated my birthday here. Staff’s care and goodwill towards guests makes the stay in the hotel very pleasant and unforgettable.

Booked the executive room, and with the expensive room you expect everything to be perfect. However no batteries in tv remotes, pool on the roof to cold (fixed after 1 night) seating in restaurant all the way in the end and no spa slippers present.

Access to the property via public transport is a little tricky - they do offer paid shuttle services which are reasonably priced, however, a free shuttle service to the nearest train station would have been ideal.

Check in was stand out - excellent staff at reception made us feel welcome immediately. The saunas and pools were fabulous, all surrounded by cosy, warm and inviting relax areas. The food, from breakfast through afternoon cakes to dinner, were superb - we loved the veggie / vegan options. The room was exceptionally clean and spacious.

Staff and food in restaurant are not 5 star not even 4 star

We love the thermal pool and sauna facility. The room is and hotel every where are very clean. The restaurant half boarding is a bit disappointing. Food isn’t good, and staff there might be seasonal and not seem to be happy

The only issue is that there is no AC in the rooms. When we were staying it was no issue and we slept with the terrace door tilted but it could be an issue in hot days

That's a family hotel owned for more than 100 years. One can feel and appreciate the family care for the concept. Everything is very nice, and it feels like a real 5-star hotel: the atmosphere, the rooms, the view, food, and the spa. Pets are also very welcome with a small present. The summer fresh mountain air and peaceful nature make one feel relaxed and happy.

Some of the restaurant staff were not up to the standards, especially around the Xmas dinner. Had no clue what they were doing. Should not happen at such a hotel.

Warm Welcome with a glass of Prosecco. Nice room. Excellent Spa Facilities, professional staff at Spa for treatments. Great choice and quality of Food.
