My experience at the hotel was absolutely wonderful; everything exceeded my expectations. The cleanliness was excellent, the service was professional and quick, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was very comfortable and the facilities were complete. I would have enjoyed a comfortable couch in the room. the one that was there was pretty, stylish, and not comfortable for sitting on.

The hotel has wonderful staff, at reception in the restaurant, everyone we met really. Friendly, but never subservient. They enjoyed being there and helping out and helping and serving us. There are breathtaking views from the balconies of the restaurant and our room. It is also a great location from which to walk or go for a short drive to a place to walk.

The Comodo Bad Gastein is a dream! Welcoming staff, inspiring design, and breakfasts that are nothing short of perfection. The cocktails? Absolutely charming! There is noone to help with luggage, only one restaurant at the property & no f&b service near the pool lounge area. But these are not at all deal breakers! We would still go back.

- Dinner menu should offer lighter options for those not wanting sauces etc - Music playlist in dining area is the same every day

+ - The staff were very nice and offered great suggestions for things to do. - E bikes were wonderful (they do charge €35-50 per day) - Breakfast was diverse with healthy options and lunch menu is great value for money - Spa was very nice and the views were beautiful. - The massage therapy we both had by Ronnie was probably the best ever. - Hotel quiet and perfect location for several key hiking trails - Rooms well designed and large (we had the Deluxe Suite) with modern decor

Most rooms offer a panoramic view of Bad Gastein. The rooms are clean and spacious. From the property there are forest trails for walking or cycling. The breakfast was varied and good. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Small rooms and especially very small bathroom. Good quality of food but limited choice during breakfast and also in the restaurant menu. Hotel clearly prefers vegetarians. Mistakes in the bills. Very expensive parking place, however there is free option outside the property.

Modern hotel with all facilities including pool, wellness, restaurant etc. Nice design. High standard. Multilingual staff. Spacious balcony with great view (deluxe rooom). Good location.
