Gorgeous grounds - both historical and rustic yet elegant and beautiful! Great service, delicious food at the restaurant, amazing pool. We had a fantastic massage. Easy 10 min walk to town (a bit of a hill walking back up). And an easy shuttle service with a most pleasant gentleman if you need it! Definitely recommend staying here!

I didnt like the ski gear room, it didnt feel organzied, and needs an upgrade. I would like to keep my gear in a locker room. I didnt like the jaccuzi it was way too small to fit in 2 people, just one. Also, I understand that the female staff have to look the part by dressing in traditional austrian clothing because also thats theme of the hotel. However, they would look more professional if they are dressed just like the men staff, which would also give off more serious interaction with them.

I liked the authenticity of the hotel with austrian traditional design. I liked the staff so much they are so well trained and extremely welcoming and i never felt like there was somerhing miasing. This is orobably the best hotel staff i have encountered. Laatly the spa was AMAZING!

We found that the evening menu in the hotel restaurant was quite expensive and had limited options for the children. Some form of buffet in the evenings ie salad and desert would have helped. Having said that, the breakfast was excellent.

The hotel was generally a bit too hot - especially in the restaurant at dinner. We opened our bedroom windows to cool down - which feels like the wrong thing to do, especially while surveying a landscape visibly affected by global warming The shower on the other hand was too cold - it took so long for hot water to run that on day 1 I thought there was a problem with the hot water - by day 2 I worked out that you had to run it for over 10 mins but eventually it would get hot.

Breakfast buffet was excellent, and the regular food also excellent. The staff were always super attentive. Our room was larger than normal for a ski hotel, and very practical.

This was an amazing hotel! The beautiful location at the foot of the mountain and at walking distance (downhill :) from Kitzbuhel centre, the cosy room(next time we would like a bigger one!), the views, the gardens, the rich and tasty breakfast (9 types of honey!), the spa but ABOVE ALL the staff with their attention to detail and care for all our needs!! Special thanks to Patricia at reception and the entire team of all the ladies and gentlement for everything they did to make this trip a memorable one! We will come back!!!

I can’t think of anything. My son and daughter-in-law enjoyed a previous stay with you so much that I wanted to take them back so I could see the hotel and its gorgeous location. Unfortunately it rained very hard for 2 days and we could not go hiking as planned.

Breakfast was delicious, lots of choices. The dining room is very relaxing and inviting. The location right near the Alps is unparalleled, too. The drive to the hotel from Munich was also beautiful.

I don't think I would have changed anything but if you want to be near the centre then you will need either a taxi or they provide a shuttle bus all day until 5pm.

Absolutely gorgeous traditional Austrian style hotel. Probably the best breakfast assortment and choice I've ever had. Really delicious and the best part of the stay were the staff. They were all without exception friendly, helpful and utterly charming, nothing was too much trouble. They made you feel so welcome.

Excellent hôtel. The staff were very attentive to our needs. The view was spectacular. The restaurant was exquisite. We loved the breakfast on the terrace every morning. The spa was very relaxing. A wonderful place to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Would definitely go back.
