We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

The Sun Lodge is located just a few km from Ischgl, a very short drive away by car and buses are running quite often. There’s a hotel restaurant across the street with great traditional Austrian food. Highly recommend it. The facility is modern, has safe storage for ski equipment and a sauna. Perfect spot for couples or family.

GermanyThe mattress was a bit too soft but that's really a matter of taste. I'd like to have had a bit of dish detergent and maybe a sponge in the kitchen. And the cook hood could have an external exhaust to prevent sucking kitchen smoke and spreading it back in the room.
Very modern, comfortable and ideal for skiing! One of the best places I ever stayed for vacations and I'd certainly come back! Parking direct at the building entrace and a lift before the apartment door are fantastic for load and unload luggage and ski equipment. The ski room is super practical, with heated hooks for ski boots that make it a dream to wear them in the morning. The sauna area is new, with great ambience, nature sounds, free tea and it's perfect for couples. We got great quality bath robes too, and fresh sauna towels are available every day. Everything was really clean and new. The kitchen is fully equipped and we had lovely meals everyday, near the balcony. There is enough hot water at the apartments to warm the bones after a cold day at the slopes, with a heated towel rack too. The location is very quiet, great to relax, but only 8 minutes by bus to the main ski lift. Fast internet and two TVs get you ready to cozy up with streaming movies. Finally, Viktoria, our host, was wonderful, most friendly and helpful, super competent, got all the information we needed and made our stay even more perfect.

FinlandVery beautiful accommodation. Everything neat and nice. Most of the time we felt like we were the only quests, so tranquil it was. Distance to Ischgl was good and reachable with ski bus. Sauna&Spa area were great and in use every day from 5 to 9. The service was amazing, Viktoria helped us with all our concerns. Five stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
