We waited for 30 mins at reception, there was nobody for check in. Called several times but no response. Then to be informed we should drive up to their other hotel to check in and get their cards to access our suites. But it was worth the hassle though would be preferable not having such hassle

Polite and helpful staff. They went out of their way to accommodate our 2 small dogs for breakfast, setting up a small side room for us. Comfy beds, well equipped suite. Sauna, gym, and pool.. all fantastic. Breakfast is top-notch. Will be going back when I can.

Suites were a very good size, accommodating the entire family. Kitchen complete with everything. Beds comfortable, large bathrooms.

Part of the hotel is a building site. The sauna is sort in between everything. A lot of clothed people staring into the sauna area. Bit weird.

Cleaning of a room is a paid option, they only take care of a garbage, there is no tools to clean room by yourself though. Pillows and mattresses were not the most comfortable. TVs are quite old so our kids could not watch Netflix and other streaming services. The breakfasts were same every day and not the most tasty ones. The fridge was not good and once it just overfreezed our vegetables. There is also no washing machine. So not very suitable for a stay longer than 4-6 days with kids.

The location and view from our room were perfect! The apartment was spacious, you can also go to a sauna (they have 3) and swimming pool on a rooftop.parking is in same building.

We were placed in a complete other building, far away from check in, than expected, Every day we needed to take our car to the restaurant for having breakfeast ( my wife have psoriatic arthritis, and for her difficult to walk more than a few meters) the BAR and reception was closed in our building. The oven was not able to use and was first mentioned to us the day upon arrival. We were offered to eat free at the restaurant, but no drinking included ( should we then have brought our own drinking ? ) we dont have problems in paying but, normally our plan for this stay was to cook in our own facility, and then we wouldent have to pay for expencicve drinking. the only positive for us was the location (area) and the personel. Way to expencive for this kind of stay

In our opinion and based on previous experiences around the world, we expected better services for accommodation at such a relatively high price. The room was not cleaned during our stay, and you have to pay extra for coffee – €1 per capsule, which is disappointing for a hotel of this category. The pool is outdoor, small, rather cold, and often crowded with small children, making it unusable. Additionally, there are only 5 sunbeds available, which is really insufficient for such a large hotel. As a result, we ended up going to thermal baths in Switzerland, where it was peaceful and the water was warm (just a 10-minute drive). Breakfasts were very average – there were no fresh juices, quality coffee, pancakes, waffles, or other similar items. Although the waitress initially told us to let her know if we had any special requests, none of our requests were accommodated. She quite bluntly said that they simply don’t have it. We would have appreciated more willingness to help. Also, rooms on the lower floors are disturbed by loud street noise, which disrupts the peace. Unfortunately, we were unlucky and stayed on a lower floor right next to the road, where the noise of cars woke us up early in the morning. A very unpleasant surprise was the transparent bathroom door. There were also no keys for the interior doors, such as the bedroom door, which is very impractical and completely unsuitable for larger families. Considering that the room was described as being suitable for allergy sufferers, we were disappointed in this aspect as well. The room had curtains and drapes, and the bedding also did not seem to be allergy-friendly, as we woke up with sticky eyes and blocked noses. We’ve had significantly better service in hotels of this category. Unfortunately, this stay did not meet our expectations, and we will not be returning.

Our room was in the basement and we heard the air condition units (or some other device?) humming outside our windows all night long. we also heard the kitchen and the restaurant from upstairs (carts were being rolled). we only stayed two nights - if we had stayed longer I would have asked for a different room. I think it’s slightly odd that room cleaning isn’t included in the price of a 4 star hotel. you also pay extra for bath robes. Breakfast is pretty standard. The roof top pool is much smaller than. in the pictures.

Clean rooms, nice sauna and gym. really good pancakes at breakfast. Food at dinner was good!
