The location is very close to uban so very convenient to be is several stops right in the center of Vienna. The room was clean.

Excellent hotel, plenty of facilities. Right next to public transport so there was no need to use a personal vehicle for the city. Super friendly staff. Excellent meals and a very varied offer.

We loved our stay at the Novotel Suites! The rooms were super comfortable and very stylish, and the location was excellent. We would definitely visit again! Parking is bit pricey, but I was aware of that, so it was not a surprise.

Good location close to Prater. Plentiful breakfast with machines for tosts and pancakes that amazed the kids. Access from the highway is quite OK, you don't need to spend much time in the local traffic. Also there is underground station if you prefer public transport.

The only minus i would say it is very crowded in the morning for breakfast the place to eat is small and i think in the winter it gets even worse when you cannot use the terace.

Room did not have any spoons. You had to order from the reception. Room phone did not work. There is a virtual assistant that you may order additional hotel amenities or chat with an agent. I ordered hangers and bathrobe via the virtual assistant but after few hours no one appeared to bring me my order. I had to chat and explicitly ask for my order to be completed. Although bathroom seemed to be clean, it had a very ugly smell. You should really do something about it. Staff did not wash all of the glasses or the dish in the room everyday. This was rather disappointing.

Room size was the one we originally booked and it was quite spacious for a family with 2 small kids both under 10 years old. Very close to metro station. Hotel has a parking if you rent a car. Breakfast was quite good and despite being crowded the staff did their best to replenish food and have everything available. You may seat at the lobby or garden and have a drink to relax or order something to eat.

The toilet being tiny felt like an airplane toilet.

Everything was as described, great location, clean suite, has everythin you need for a longer stay in Wien to explore, friends or as a family visit to Wienna.

The hotel is quite new, extra clean and comfortable. The housekeepers regularly visit and tidy your room even if you do not ask, which is nice to some degree. But the breakfast is quite expensive. I would not recommend anyone to have breakfast in the lobby, which is not spacious. There are mainstream stores such as Billa and Spar nearby. You can buy your stuff and have your breakfast in your room. The lobby is always quite noisy. Different from the other Novotel, which is just 2 stops away, this one provides you with more spacious rooms and cleaner as well as cozier environment. What else, they even have slippers and bothrobes in the rooms, running tap for drinking water. However, it is way cheaper.
