The kids loved the pony rides so much they want their own!

Beautiful location. The house was spacious and clean. The hosts were friendly, very helpful and breakfast was excellent. It was a great base for exploring Innsbruck and beyond. There were easy and well marked hiking trails from the house, a bus stop right outside and it will be very convenient for the ski lift in winter.

The only recommendation is to replace the hair dryer. It is the only outdated thing in the apartment and it just stopped in the middle of the drying process, being too hot, probably. It was midnight, so I could not ask for a replacement at that hour

Perfect location next to the gondola, we could see it from the window. Very spacious for the 3 of us, everything we needed for 3 nights. Clean, mix of modern and local character style. Very prompt reaction from the owner. They rent us slides for free in order to enjoy one of the most beautiful slopes, of few km.

Amazing place where to stay! The owner is a lovely lady who recommends you interesting places around and you really feel like being home. We had incredible view from our windows and I loved farm animals living around. I definitely recommend this place!

Location with fantastic views of mountains and pastures. We stayed in Hayflower room with balconies all round. Hosts were extremely friendly and invited us to the farm and to see the animals. New, well equipped apartment. Clean, safe & secure area. Regular buses stop right outside the property, with 30 mins ride to Innsbruck Hbf.

Beautiful chalet in wonderful location. Easily accessible and close to everything but still very calm and peaceful. Spacious and had all the facilities one can ask for. Small playground for kids to play. Wonderful hosts, very warm, friendly and welcoming.

There is nothing to complain about. Note: If you are sensitive to noise, the road in front has some cars passing by. But honestly, when the doors are closed, you don't listen to anything.

The place is amazing with a perfect view. The house is well equipped and very comfy and cosy. You can buy some local products and they are delicious. The family is very kind also.

Amazing stay! Location is breathtaking right across from Rangger Köpfl ski range. The apartment is spacious and very clean. Highlight of our trip!

Exceptional service from start to finish. The apartment was large and offered views from every room. Our hosts were incredibly kind and very, very sweet! The apartment was warm and had all the amenities needed for preparing food. The beds were so comfortable! We noticed you could buy fresh items from their farm, and while we did not take advantage of that, I would definitely do it next time. We enjoyed walking our two dogs around the area, and our dogs loved the apartment. They accommodated us and were so kind. I would stay here again if I could! You are outside of Innsbruck but that is why we picked this location, and we don't regret it. We noticed regional bus stops all along the street near the accommodations. There are markets nearby incase you need anything! We loved it!

An amazing place for couples and families. A short walk to supermarket and 1klm walk to hotel with its excellent pizzas. This property has everything and it also beautifully decorated. One of the best self contained we have experience around the world.

We loved the availability of local's food, e.g. eggs, milk, honey from the owners farm near by - that was just awesome. We got 2L of fresh milk and 10 eggs every day. So we prepared the breakfast ourselves with those fresh products. Our kids enjoyed the pony ride at the evening and were able to collect eggs themselves - it was real fun. Also there was a table tennis and some other sports equipment available at the place to play with kids and the family, there are things to play with for smaller ones as well. The view is just gorgeous - mountains all around.

Lot of building work close by with early starts and some noisy trucks making early starts. Not much you can do about that unfortunately!

Very well equipped apartment. provision of welcome cards enabled us to use the local buses free and trips into Innsbruck, just half an hour away. we enjoyed chatting to the owners and their family, all very nice caring people with some lovely animals on the farm.

Good heating, hot showers, clean and quiet. Able to see the cows grazing on the field right outside the window. Very friendly and helpful host.

There were construction works in the town area and it took time to go around to get to location.

Perfect place to stay with family. Beautiful views and spacious rooms. Fully equiped kitchen. Kids loved garden area and cute rabbits :) We were lucky to have a nice walk with horses.
