Absolutely everything. The hotel is stunning. Where possible they have retained some of the original features. The breakfast / dining room is very grand. The buffet breakfast was delicious. The bar area was fab, with great cocktails. The pool / spa area is great. The Finnish sauna was brilliant. We were there to celebrate my partners 40th birthday and the hotel arranged a few special surprises for him throughout our stay. I booked a signature ritual treatment at the senso spa and it was so good! Krithika is AMAZING, highly recommend requesting her. All of the staff we encountered were so friendly. Honestly cannot recommend this place enough!

If I’m to nitpick, housekeeping was maybe bothering me a bit. Strange schedules. Not to complain about hygiene. That is top notch. Just that I have no idea when they are going to visit. One day its 2pm. Then I see they came again at maybe 5pm. Tomorrow the same. It is maybe innovative management system but little weird compared to other hotels. But thank you for the effort anyway.

Simply incredible. Goes into few things in your life that you need to experience. I have no words. It’s one of those times when you wanna bring all of your friends to see the place 😀. Staff were fantastic. Reception staff ready to take your hand and show you the place. Take you where you need to go. Restaurant staff-highest level pros that speak multiple languages and are extremely friendly. Spa staff-kind and polite with (as my wife testifies) extraterrestrial massage abilities (Krishna I’m looking at you!). Hotel manager that is totally hands on. Jumped on one of my problems and solved it like a wizard. Much appreciated.

We brought our dog and the first 2 night did not have a bowl or bedding for the dog despite paying 45 euros per night extra for the dog. This was resolved for the last 3 nights of the stay, however there was no acknowledgment at all of the omission

The staff make this hotel. You can feel when the workers are treated well at an establishment by their management. Happy staff = happy guests. From the moment we checked in, we felt so welcome. Special shout out to Bryan who checked us in. We were exhausted after a long drive and he was intuitive and kind as he showed us around the hotel and explained the facilities. The facilities are amazing as well. The saunas are great, as is the relaxation room. I loved the pool as well. The bar is also great, as were the barstaff. At one point, we asked for room service and were blown away by how delicious it was and how quickly it came. The breakfast is also super. The chef is excellent (best omelette of my life!) and I liked the ginger shot given each day. We are excited to come back.

- There is no AC in the entire hotel so it can get very warm at night, there should be fans at least available - the floor wasn't vacuumed prior to our arrival and it was only done upon request

The hotel is perfectly situated next to the waterfall with amazing views, elegant design, amazing breakfast and dining area, we enjoyed the wellness area a lot and relaxing in the pool with views over the valley was just breathtaking. Thank you for this amazing experience! And no kids, so you can enjoy your peace and quiet!

The hotel is top notch. Great atmosphere, with a personal welcoming. Beatiful Belle Epoque exterior. Very comfortable rooms with fantastic pillows and showers. Great spa facilities with a fantastic infinity pool with a view over the valley.

This is coming home and getting spoiled! The hospitality is amazing and the spa beautiful and relaxing. Good breakfast and comfortable room and bed! Service with eye for detail and they are happy to explain more about the area, where to eat and late check-out possibilities! Really one of the best hotels I went. Thank you so much ❤️!

There was no hot tub or whirlpool with the pool facilities. However we found this was not common where we traveled in Europe.

The breakfast was amazing and the hotel was beautiful. We loved the old meets new vibe. We especially loved the transit card we were given. It got us around on buses to hiking trails and even into Salzburg.

Just the ventilatiom system in the room could be better in terms of cooling. Due to the noise from the waterfall, we have closed windows during the night, but the cooling in the room was not sufficient for me.

The gym is small and can’t accommodate many people at the same time.

Exceptional atmosphere and interior, beautiful and stylish bar and restaurant, the spa facility is perfect for relaxing with the open pool and two saunas with a view to the mountains. Staff were great, friendly and professional, they exceeded our expectations and made our stay unforgettable. Best place to unwind, there are walking and hiking opportunities in the area.

Since it’s a hiking destination, it felt odd that you weren’t allowed to wear shorts to breakfast.

The hotel was luxurious, with a perfect swimming pool, sauna, and relaxation area to unwind after hiking. The car was taken to the parking area, so we didn’t have to worry about it ourselves.

Can’t put my finger on it, but it lacked atmosphere. Maybe relax the staff, pipe some contemporary music around the common spaces and try and make it a more pleasant to linger because it is a beautiful place.

- The dinner at the hotel is over priced. Scandi prices, but not quality (the specially arranged dinner evening at the Badeschloss terrace was really well done and price worthy though!) - I think it would be nice if the café could offer alcohol free wine by the glass. Nothing major, but I guess I'm used to always having it available.

- Amazing pool area, pool didn't feel too busy (during low season) - Lovely interior design, it was a joy to be in these spaces (also in the next door Badeschloss Hotel) - Comfy and big rooms, felt private and very silent - Polite and friendly staff, always helpful - Two great saunas in the spa area (Finnish and aromatic sauna) - E-bike rental next door! - Beautiful and impressive breakfast hall - Just a very comfy and romantic place to stay - Last but not least... THE VIEW!
