We stayed here for one night during our journey from the Netherlands to Bosnia. It was actually our second time at this hotel, as we had stayed here two years ago as well. The room was clean and tidy, though not luxurious – which is perfectly fine for this price range. The staff did not come across as very friendly to us. The hotel is located in a less attractive neighborhood, but after a 20-minute walk you reach the charming city center of Graz, with plenty of nice places to eat. For a short stopover this hotel is perfectly suitable, but for a longer stay I personally would not recommend it.

The Hotel is literally 2 mins walk from the main train station. Just cross the road and it's right there. The staff were polite ans friendly, the room was spacious, clean, comfortable and everything worked. Breakfast was quite good and there were good options for hot and cold choices.

The mattress (at least the part were I slept) was a little bit sagging and not really comfortable. The "makeup the room" sign was missing and so the room has not been tidied up. (we remained only two nights, so not a big problem).

Nice, convenient and super clean Hotel, quite close to the city center, very good breakfast. Hotel parking outside at a pretty fair price. The staff at both the reception and the breakfast was very welcoming, warmly nice and helpful.

There could have been a mini fridge in the room. There was roadwork going on on the street where the hotel is located last night, and even though it was past midnight, it was still noisy.

The rooms are clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful, especially the lady working the night reception.

I had to pay for the parking although it said on booking that it’s free. The bathroom looked a bit old, but the thing that bothered me was the fact that it was not clean. I found hair on the floor and some dark dots on the toilet. We had only two small towels that seemed very old. Very bad noise proofing.

Very well situated in a walking distance to the old town centre, busy road, but not facing the front and quiet thanks to insulation of windows. Breakfast was nice, warm or cold choices, very good coffee. Specificaly decotated, but rooms were nice.

The room was really small. Bed was not comfortable at all... small pillows... And sound isolation is not so good to... you can hear people in the corridor as if they are standing next to you.

Staff need to improve their attitude. The lady on our check-in Iva was lovely. However, the evening staff and check out male were terrible and not a good advertisement for your hotel. There was no music in the bar area at night, so we had our drinks while listening to your night staff member discussing on the phone how to process a credit for another guest. Very unprofessional. When we asked for another drink, her response was less than friendly. Very poor. When we asked for a second room card as we had separate plans she was downright rude.

Very close to train & bus station which was what we needed. Good breakfast selection with the fresh croissants a stand out. The lady on breakfast duty was so lovely too. Good shower pressure and good hot water. Comfortable bedding.

Bathroom was a little oldfashioned, acoustics could be better, warm breakfast meals ran out quickly and were not replenished.
