The location on the water, with even a "private" place on the shore to enjoy the scenery. Very special. Also the tables outside to enjoy breakfast made the stay special. The room itself was laid out very well, feeling spacious.

Had a family / Austrian feel rather than international chain hotel. The owners were very helpful and friendly. Plus right next to the closed of section of the Danube along walks and good restaurants close by.

It's tough to write this. The bed was a bit stiff and although the location is fine, you will need approximately 25 minutes to the city center. 10 minute walk to the metro station and another 10-15 minute ride.

We had a clean and modern room with all the basic amenities, slippers too which is a plus. You can expect the best sound insulation, we didn't hear any traffic which is right there next to the hotel. Grocery shop is a minute away, fast food close by, as well as a shopping center. Breakfast was simple but delicious. Staff was very helpful. Owners are also part of the staff, they are in this business out of love. We also got a little gift for New years.

We absolutely loved the care and attention of the staff. The owner ensures all needs are met and they have a good breakfast spread everyday. The location is super close to the Alte Donau train station by walk and the river nearby is a beautiful morning walk. Def recommend and we will stay again. The bed is big and comfortable. The room has everything you'd need and was super clean!

The room was clean and quite spacious but I personally found the bed mattress a little harder than I am use to.

A well located hotel with close access ( 5 min walk) to a metro station which then provides good access Vienna's main sites and attractions. Hotel staff were extremely welcoming and provided valuable information and maps to main city attractions. Free parking.

I was satisfied with everything.

I stayed in the hotel during my last business trip to Vienna. It has a perfect location. It is in a walking distance to the UNO city, so I was able to return there even during lunch break and refresh myself. My room was very clean, equipped with the air conditioning, my bed was very comfortable and the staff was very friendly. Hotel is also in a walking distance to the largest shopping mall in Vienna, Donauzentrum. Hotel offers also free parking and free WiFi access.

This property was the perfect place to stay for our week long conference at the Vienna Conference Center. The property was quiet, extremely clean, had a fabulous spread for breakfast and had the friendliest, most helpful staff. They also have a private beachfront property you can ask about at the front desk. There is a grocery store next door and a huge shopping mall a couple of blocks away. The subway station is close and old town is just a few subway stops away, without changing lines. It was perfect for our needs!

I checked the location before reserving the room. So I was aware of the possible noise of the traffic. I found a pair of earplugs on the pillow in my room. So if you are sensitive to noise you probably will need the earplugs.

Hosts were great and very accommodating. Views from the window were awesome (you can see the Donau river). The neighborhood was also quite and well-packed with places to eat and buy groceries. Close to the U1 stop.

Amazing owners and staff. They are friendly, caring and very helpful. The hotel is very clean and has an excellent location. There is a peaceful garden where you can eat an excellent breakfast or sit out with a drink in the evening.

I am staying in this hotel regularly. I like it’s atmosphere, cleanliness and comfort, it’s located in a walking distance to UNO city, U-bahn station and Donauzentrum shopping mall. The staff is very friendly.

Some people may find the big road a bit too close and noisy though our room faced the river so it was ok for us. It clearly is in the new part of Vienna so does not have the old town's charm.

Came to attend a conference located one metro stop away or 15 minutes by walk. The location by the river/canal was the best. Enjoyed walking along the river, watching the rowing, and had great fun also boating in the river as well.

Excellent location, 5 min away from the metro station and around 10min drive to the center. Very nice room, clean and comfortable. Free parking available, very convenient if you come by car. Very kind, lovely and helpfull hosts. Would recommend for sure!
