No AC (ok, it's Austria) but on a hot day the windows had to be open (which is fine) but the cars passing by were very noisy and it was difficult to sleep. No mini fridge :-(

I chose this hotel because I was arriving with a car but planned to move around Graz with public transport and it was ideal for both of these purposes. There is ample, secure parking and the tram stop directly into the city centre is a 3 min walk. The hotel itself is fine, the decor is outdated but everything was clean and functioned well. The breakfast was tasty with lots of options and they offer gluten-free bread on demand. The staff is friendly and very helpful.

Rooms are very basic, modest and old-fashioned.

We looked for a place that will not force us to drive to the middle of Graz, fight with traffic jams and look for parking, so this hotel is a really good choice. Clean, very nice stuff, good breakfast and most importantly - a station of line #1 of the tram to the center of Graz is just 5 minutes walking, although it takes around 20 minutes to arrive. In general - good value for money.

There is not air conditioning, just a fan; and we couldn't keep the window open because it was facing the street and there was a lot of noise.

The hotel is located in a beautiful area of Graz, and it has its own parking lot, which is great if you're travelling by car. The staff was very welcoming, and the room was clean and comfortable.

Breakfast was fine, but nothing special. Especially the rolls and cakes leave room for improvement. The bar is very brightly lit and could be made more comfy for relaxing.

The staff are really friendly. We were extremely impressed by Frau D who was on reception in the afternoons/evenings. Good parking. Tram stop very near the hotel - trams into Graz every 10 minutes, journey time 20 minutes. Clean room, and very quiet at the back of the hotel, even with the window open. Chance to have drinks outside or in the bar during reception times.

Stayed to visit motogp at the Redbull ring. Super friendly and helpful staff, couldn't do enough for you. The hotel was spotlessly clean, The selection of food for breakfast was amazing, something for every taste. Great location for the city, a week unlimited bus/tram pass was €20 . All in all perfect for our group. 👍

The shower needs to have a rail fitted for people to hold onto when getting into and out of the shower.

The location is quiet and it was easy to get in and out of Graz. There's a wonderful restaurant in the nearby forest. Hauserl im Wald is the name, I think.

No A/C. It was pretty warm and the hotel got exceptionally humid despite the outside temp not being that bad. We left the windows wide open at night and used the fan to pull in cooler air, but if you shut the window for more than 5 min the place would rapidly heat and get super humid again.

Breakfast was amazing. Of everywhere we stayed on this trip, restaurants we ate at for breakfast etc... the breakfast provided here was by far and away the best. Lots of options, everything you needed and best of all, included.

Reception closes very early on weekends, so if you want an evening snack or glass of wine it will need to be before 7pm.

Super friendly staff and the place has a lovely cosy feel. Great breakfast with lots of fresh fruit. Easy walking distance to the trams if you want to head into the city centre or the central train station.

I can't stress enough how amazing the staff is! 1. My luggage was delayed and came with another flight and was then sent to the hotel. The front desk accepted it for me, had it brought to my room and called to let me know it arrived. 2. I had a rental car but I wasn't sure if it had the highway vignette so the front desk person came to help me find it and suggested the nearest place to get one and which to buy. Saved me about 2.5h of driving time! The room was spacious, the hotel is nicely situated for walks and not too far from the city center by tram
