Modern but cozy interior, nice sauna and sunset view, very good restaurant, good breakfast. Right in the centre, with shops and restaurants around, 5 minutes walk from gondola.

Mattresses were not as comfortable, hard. No Sky channels, I couldn’t watch even from my account. No English channels on TV except CNN, BBC World. Bathroom has no utility kit, you must ask for it at the reception.

Absolutely everything. This is a seriously good hotel. From the welcome to leaving 2 days later the staff, facilities, the meals, the ambiance, the room, value for money, all get 10/10.

It was hot while we were there and there was lots of late night noise on the street if you opened the window at night.

The breakfast was excellent, and had a real variety of foodstuffs. The bed was very comfy and the staff were very friendly and helpful (especially explaining the SummerCard - ask about this!)

Very noisy around the hotel. We had a room facing the area with restaurants and bars. People were shouting outside until 4am directly under our windows. It was impossible to sleep at all. I do not recommend this hotel for relaxation.

Noisy outside! Central location which was great but workman started early and some activities in square were right outside window. Not hotels fault and could have been bad luck

Room was superb with loads of space and a great shower room. Scandi vibe with beautiful lobby and lounge. Restaurant food was excellent. Staff very friendly. Great breakfast options.

The bedroom was warming up quite fast and it was hard to cool down without leaving the velux open which we couldn’t do with the stormy weather

Everything ! Frau Brunner and her staff is still lovely and super friendly ! The hotel is still looking amazing and well maintained. Loved being back as a family of 3 and still enjoyed the central location and contemporary design and attention to detail. Sauna just for myself after skiing a plus !

the hotel is just in the center, 5 min walk to Planai staff is very helpful, always similing and hard working. there is plenty of food in breakfast. we had our dinner in brunner rest for 2 nights, the food was delicious. Apart from all these, Petra the owner of the facility, many many thanks to her. She fulfilled all our requests. She is always on her job with smiling face and kind attitude . Spa area is just a place for meditation, well designed and extremely comfortable. our room is big enough for a family of 3. it does not transmit any sound from the next room . we had one of our best ski holiday, thanks to Brunner Family

Our window was facing the main street which is quite loud at night (because of parties) so we could not open the window. There's no air conditioning in the room and it was very hot.

We were three in the room and they forgot to give us enough towels for the first night.

Very good breakfast, big variety of food, only sweet bakery was missing. Modern equipment, nice wellness world (but no whirlpool). No noise from other rooms or hall.

Being in the very centre of town there was a lot of noise into the early hours from revellers if the window was open. With closed window the room was very well soundproofed.

Design and quality if the building was exceptional. The quality of the produce and services offered was also superb.
