The quality of the food was good but the choice of same three menus for the kids in the evening for a weeks stay wasn’t great. They had nuggets or schnitzel and chips every evening with no vegetables included. For the adults, the food was nice but same vegetables for 4 days before a change.

The hotel was clean, modern and welcoming. The room was functional with lovely little balcony with view over the mountains. Staff were always friendly and helpful. Spa and pool area well maintained and clean. Warm temperatures of pool allowed for use of the outdoor pool even when cloudy and cooler temperatures. Nice breakfast buffet and nice food in the evenings.

This is a very nice large hotel convenient to the city center. This hotel has all the large hotel amenities. Nice staff and wonderful breakfast with a large open dining area. We booked an economy room but found it large and recently updated. Hotel has lifts and ample free on-site parking. I think this hotel can meet all your needs at a very good price.

- Pool (outside and inside) wasn't warm enough for the current temperatures (constantly below zero) - Beds were too soft for my taste, but the real issue was that the comforters were not big enough and the hotel didn't provide extras, so we felt cold during the night (temperature below -15 oC outisde) - The people that had booked a stay with both dinner and breakfast included were prioritised when booking tables for breakfast, so we had to wait/look for tables in the morning as almost all of them were booked.

The wellness area is good, not as spacious as we thought though. It’s not as cozy as we hoped it would be. Still clean and enough for two days.

Instructions for facilitators and reservation in the restaurant. There are many rules especially reservation rules in the restaurant.If you book dinner, the table of the breakfast is reserved for you but the first I arrive all table beside the window were occupied and no people eating there. And some tables couldn’t be use for they were prepared for dinner, but it was before breakfast. Besides these inner rules, this is a really nice place to stay.

I'm gonna write a big review to answer some questions if you are not sure about booking this place or not 😊 Let's start! When we booked here at Mountains hotel and saw the ratings we were not so sure about how it was going to be, we read every review very carefully and decided to give it a go, and it did not disappoint! -Our room was very clean when we came and every single day the cleaning staff came to clean it. In fact, inside of the room you have a few cartons to attach on the door based on which service you want to receive (cleaning, cleaning without changing the towels, no cleaning) so the communication was super easy -The spa section was very nice and very clean, we went to Seefeld mostly for trekking so we used the pools one/two hours per day but never had an issue with them -Breakfast was super good, with a lot of choice for every taste! The room was very big and there is a part with big glass windows with a great view. A little critique about this is that a lot of people reserved the tables with the view for the full morning so they were "empty" when we had our breakfast but not available, I would like the hotel to improve on this, just to give everybody the possibility of having a nice view sometimes (it's not a major issue of course, but it would make everyone feel treated the same) -We didn't book the dinner because we wanted to try local food in many different places so I cannot properly give a review on that -On the brochure is listed a "game room", we tried to visit that but it's mostly for kids and there's just a kicker. It would have been nice to have more entertainment for the rainy days. To enjoy a drink and do some billiards or something. Again, this is nothing major, but it could be an improvement -The biggest shout out goes to the STAFF of the hotel, to every single member we've met. Thank you guys! Everyone was so nice, helpful and kind.

During breakfast all window tables were booked, staff did not let sit there. Afterwards they shared that the booking is for the night. External pool closed early.

In one word: overpriced. For this amount, we would have expected more generous services, e.g. breakfast was below average for the first couple of days (then started to improve I must add), parking was chaotic and frustrating the least to say, the staff was polite, but far from kind, TV in the room was from 5 years ago (yes, I know, one does not go there for watching TV, but for this money, I expect at least a smart TV with streaming options), bathrobes are not included in this price (!), the hotel could not suggest any hiking ideas nor had any booklets about these options (!), etc. All in all, it is a nice hotel, just overpriced and lacking traditional, Austrian hospitality that we had elsewhere.

The hotel was easy to find, a good location in Seefeld. The room was spacious and clean, probably refurbished not so long ago. The pool and the wellness facilities are nice, it was good to dip in the whirlpool after a whole day of hiking.

Breakfast seating - the part of the breakfast area with the good view was completely closed due to reservations put on the table with only 20% of tables taken. We asked if we could get a table and were reclined. Tried to get a reservation for the next day - declined by staff telling us that everything was reserved for the next day as well. I think this system needs a very serious review. Parking - we chose the hotel to do daily excursions with our car as plentiful parking was promised. Not a chance to get a vacant spot after 16:00. we had to park quite some distance away-if you intend to use the hotel as a base for excursions by car it is completely unsuitable. The cleaning service - it did not exchange towels even those put on the floor. The bath did not get a proper cleaning.

This hotel has significant issues that persist despite numerous reviews highlighting the same problems. Reception acknowledges complaints but nothing changes, and was not offered any discount. The room looked very different from the photos. 1.Bed: Advertised as double but was two singles pushed together. Hard edges made sleep impossible as I'd roll onto them. Reception claimed this was mentioned on booking page - it wasn't. 2.Noise: Constant hum all night, possibly from spa/extraction fan. Even earplugs couldn't block it. Reception said "I know what you're talking about" but offered no solution. 3.Temperature: Room incredibly hot despite heaters off and window open. Must have been 30+ degrees - unbearable for sleeping. 4.Cleanliness: Initially appeared okay but revealed disgusting issues. Shower walls covered in grey dust avalanche when rinsed. Found old socks behind nightstand. Towel had hair that went in my mouth first use. Fridge stank. 5.Food: Breakfast basic buffet, cooked items poor from sitting in hot holds. Window tables all "reserved" - some guests apparently more important. Dinner awful - currywurst fried to death, couldn't cut it. Lasagne tasted of absolutely nothing. Only dessert decent but clearly not made on-site. 6.Other annoyances: Pre-requested hairdryer diffuser (confirmed possible) - told unavailable on arrival, then found one that didn't fit. Promised massage list never sent, no availability on-site after uncomfortable nights. Breakfast music featured explicit rap about "slts and btches" - hardly appropriate morning listening.

The location is excellent, and was the best part of the trip. The hotel in general looked okay. And mostly the staff were friendly and helpful. However there is a lot of bad that I will cover below. There is a 2000 character limit, and so I will post my full review on google.
