A little worn down and not as clean as other hotels for the price and seems silly to charge for parking if not using the garage. We wanted to have breakfast in the sun room but it had been reserved for all the bus people which was disappointing.

Nice to have a balcony and a pool. Near the Brilla grocery store. Know that this hotel caters to buses of all inclusive people. There is no bar or coffee for guests who do not do all inclusive and you may have to drive to restaurants. We did have breakfast included which was nice but unfortunately came to eat right when a whole bus load of people were there and had to wait in line for food which was weird. Good for a night but not comfortable overall for us.

Parking fee around 9€/night even when it’s only open air parking and half of the parking lot was free. It seems in the high season, it’s even more expensive - like 18 €/night

Dinner was a bit weird, it wasn’t bad or anything, just weird choices of food. The water from the pool was cold, couldn’t even get in to take a swim.

the rooms could be a bit more clean. (a bit more vacuum cleaning under the bed would already do it). bathroom though was very clean

the price/value was perfect. good location for day trips, enough space in the rooms. very good basics standards with a fair and rich offer of foods and drinks. friendly and helpful staff. clean pool and sauna area.

Everything fine. There was a hottub in the bathroom - which is unusual.. but OK..

Got a last minute free upgrade on booking site, so we had all - inclusive meals for the price of breakfast. So that was excellent deal. All inclusive is including beer, wine, even some alcoholic spirits.. Meals were tasty,lot of healthy food was there. Motorbikes were parked in the garage for free

The rooms are spacious and clean, our room had a terrace with a table and chairs. We liked the all inclusive option with drinks available all day long. The food was plentiful and of very good quality, with enough choices for vegetarians.

- the hotel reception and all hallways are in very old and sterile design which does not go with the alps style, first impresition was really bad, like hospital not a hotel - also room has only limited number of wardrobes which with all the skiing stuff is limiting, the room ware nothing special but would somehow acomodate our needs - staff vere OK, but not really communicative or excellent, this is definetely mass style hotel, where they manage a lot of guests with minumum number of staff but still maintains the reasonable level of overall servis - if you are used to high level of service and high level of design do not go there, if you are pragmatic and you go especially for skiing you migh have a very good skiing holiday there - value for money is a big question here, but to be fair I do not have so much comparision data - they do not pay enough attention to detail / water tank in wellness was very often empty, missing/broken hooks in sauna area, etc.

- we enjoyed food a lot (mostly it was delicious, ocasoinally OK, but never bad), both breakfast and dinner vere great - beer and reasonable wine part of halfboard package -70 metres to skibus stop from the hotel and 5 minutes by skibus to Maiskogel Bahn (skibus is free) which is perfect - skiroom sufficient - wellnes was great (big steam sauna and reasonably big pool, also there are three more saunas, although finish sauna was really small just 2 people would fit in)

Great staff - very helpful lady in the reception, who managed to cover all our needs. The hotel is in a great location, the breakfast/dinner was great. The room was very cozy, nice and clean. There is an underground and safe parking at an additional cost.

Excellent accommodation set in a fantastic location. Staff were wonderful, and the food was exceptional. We will definitely plan a longer stay next time. Garage parking facilities are also on site, which, as we were a group of motorcyclists, it was nice to know the bikes were securely parked.
