We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

It was snowing and windy during the check in, and no staffs came to help us carry our luggages. once i seek for help, one of the reception staff said that we have to pull the luggage trolly alone till to 5th floor(what a ridiculous customer service). we are a family with kids got a bad service from the hotel team which is marked 4 stars. 2. we were on half board, but the meals were not to the quality of a 4 star, very bad and we never enjoyed it, also we informed to the reception regarding this and they are like ok will forward it and thats it, but nobody from the kitchen asked us how was the food. and we spent more than 2.5 hours on the table just to finish 3 course menu, there was a long waiting time between meal serving. never expected this kind of service from a 4 star hotel. never visit again.

SwitzerlandThe bathroom in the room could do with an update/refresh, The decor is old and the plug holes in the bath tub and sink were quite rusty looking. The tables in the dining area are set quite close to one another, we could hear our dining neighbours conversations at breakfast and dinner.
The room was clean, the staff were very helpful, polite and friendly. I requested for hypoallergenic pillows quite late one evening, and the lady at reception said she would check and come back to me. 5 mins later she bought me up 2 pillows, and all with a big friendly smile :) The breakfast was very good, as were the evening meals. I am a pescatarian and was happy to see that the restaurant always had a good quality fish dish on the menu. The evening meal was very good. I have seen some reviews saying the portions are small..but for a 6 course menu with good quality ingredients we were always left satisfied. Hats off to the chef!

The wellness area was a real treat. There was a large selection of saunas and relaxation rooms that one could have spent most of the day enjoying. It was truly a highlight of our trip. There was also a nice selection of options for the continental breakfast.

United States- the bathrooms and rooms are getting a little dated - lack of attention to detail (empty planter pots, old shower heads in the spa area, light bulbs that should be replaced, the scent in the resting areas could be better, no magazines, no english menus, no wine/cocktail menu etc)
- the food was fantastic - dinner as well as breakfast we really enjoyed! - the spa area is still very beautiful, the resting areas are not huge but clean and comfortable - the saunas are great - nice for a couple getaway that kids under 16 are not allowed in the spa area
