The only thing we didn’t like was that the room could really use air conditioning, as it gets quite hot during the summer days.

We felt truly welcomed by the staff, and the atmosphere of the hotel was very cozy. Its location in the heart of the city was perfect. Everything was spotless, and the spa area was both beautiful and well-equipped, you can even enjoy a cocktail while relaxing in the pool or the jacuzzi. Fresh towels were provided daily, and even when we had the “Do Not Disturb” sign on, the staff thoughtfully left them in a neat bag at our door.

We needed to ask for a kettle in our room and the fridge didn't work. However, we were given a kettle and cups in minutes.

The breakfast was great, the rooftop pool, a great bonus as well as the jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. We also used the restaurant a lot. The location is excellent with restaurants, bars, and shops nearby. The cable car is a few minutes walk. Would highly recommend.

Very central location, right in the heart of shops, cafés, and restaurants. The hotel is very clean, with an excellent and helpful staff. Facilities are good, and the breakfast was excellent.

The location was fantastic and only a short walk to the main gondola. Good breakfast selection, spacious rooms, lovely spa area and the outdoor pool had incredible views.

I had a fantastic stay and really enjoyed the location and hotel. The room was clean and had plenty of space to put my clothes and belongings. I liked the traditional decor as it feels more warm and relaxing to me. The pool area was wonderful and I looked forward to a nice swim after hiking during the day. The water was warm and the mountain view was beautiful. Breakfast was nice and the staff was friendly and helpful. I feel like it was a good value for all the amenities included.

Very poor sound insulation. You can hear everything, even the neighbors going to the toilet. At night the neighbors returning to the hotel was very noisy, sometimes I thought that the events were happening in my room.

Women at the reception, you are like fairy fairies, you are wonderful! Thank you!!!! We arrived at the hotel at 11 am and our room was already ready! We didn't waste a day and could go skiing straight away. In the evening, the pizzeria was full of people, but this nice woman at the reception saw us and went to the restaurant, made an agreement and gave us a table. Breakfast was amazing, watermelons, shots, melons, cheeses, fish, whatever your heart desires. We had a quiet apartment overlooking the courtyard. Clean rooms. The view from the window made me happy every morning. Everything was wonderful, even for my little dog. Thank you!!!

Overall, I had a wonderful experience during my stay. The accommodations were comfortable and clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location was convenient and allowed me to easily explore the surrounding area. I particularly enjoyed the amenities offered, such as the pool and fitness center. All in all, it was a very enjoyable stay and I would definitely consider returning in the future.

Hey there! I had a good breakfast this morning; the scrambled eggs, sausages, and bacon were really tasty! Although, I wish there was something with potatoes like hash browns on the menu.
