A WELCOMING, CLEAN, COMFORTABLE PLACE, DELICIOUS BREAKFAST, KIND AND FRIENDLY SERVICE

Our mattresses were firm which would suit those who sleep on their back but isn’t so comfortable for side-sleepers (as we are). But otherwise, there was nothing we disliked about this hotel.

The six course evening meal was excellent, with some superb courses presented to a very high standard. The breakfast buffet was also excellent and cooking hot food to order set it apart from other hotels we’ve stayed at. We were able to book a late afternoon timeslot for the whirlpool every day, and often had our preferred sauna to ourselves as well. The hot drink options in the spa were a lovely addition. We had plenty of space in our room and bathroom, with a lovely view from the balcony at the rear of the hotel. The hotel is a five minute walk from the cable car station in Lanersbach as well as the bus stops to either Mayrhofen or the Hintertux Glacier (the latter being a highlight of the holiday for us). The staff were very attentive, courteous and friendly.

Lovely room with sunny balcony. Comfortable bed, comfy chair, plenty of storage space and a very nice shower room. The staff were all delightful and the facilities good. There is a bus stop right outside. Food was absolutely delicious, the vegetarian choices interesting and tasty.

The bed is too narrow and soft, so not feeling very confortable even after falling asleep.

The hotel is not far from the Hintertux Glacier Paradise. The staff are very kind and helpful. The facilities, especially the spa & sauna, make the guests relax after a day of exercise. Will come back in winter for the next visit.

The staff might just be tired but they weren't very smiley. However, they were polite! The room could use a bit of renovation, but it was clean everywhere. The radio in the bathroom is fun.

The breakfast is sublime. There is a wide selection. The dinner was also delicious, although a bit expensive. The Spa section is very cozy and really relaxing.

not much to tell ... maybe just avoid to serve tasty food in deep plates (bowl style) where all the side dishes and meat mix. The bed ... I would have prefered a large blanket (the small one always slipped off the bed..)

Excellent breakfast with all you need (incl. a fruit juicer). Nice sauna (which was really hot .. every day) and had scented water for the Aufguss. Various saunas... Ski depot with boot dryer 4 courses dinner in the half board. The owners' family all work there ... this keeps the quality high and guest satisfaction. Very fair prices for bottles of wine.
