The gym is well equipped. The location was good. The staff was very helpful, friendly and outgoing. I hear that the saunas were excellent, too.

We changed rooms to family suites. The apartments was a bit old-fashioned, but clean and have everything what you need. Very good restaurant and breakfast. Very good SPA, especially the outdoor sauna. In general, I really liked this hotel.

AustriaIt would have been nice if the hot tub connected to the pool was “hot” versus the temperature of the pool. A minor issue. The boil area overall is superb.
Cozy restaurant for breakfast and dinner. Very high quality food, served buffet style. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Staff was able to accommodate our needs for additional pillows and blankets. Location is excellent. Right between the main village and the Kitzsteinhorn gondola. We will most certainly be staying at this property again in the future.
