As Americans we are just not use to a “textile free” spas. Unfortunately we were not able to fully enjoy the fabulous spa, but we understand and respect the cultural difference.

Our rooms were even better than the pictures. The hotel was cozy and even though it was a busy season, we never felt crowded. The food was absolutely fantastic. We were not sure what to expect, but there were plenty of options for our vegan a gluten free family members. It was our first time experiencing “half board” and we loved it.

Ski room is out of the way, Entertainment was very loud in my room (101) which was not suitable for younger child trying to sleep. Very limited child's menu.

The water temperature in the showers and tubs were not hot enough. One member of my party didn't like the beer choices. Overall a little pricey.

Amazing service! Very friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfasts, fantastic dinner buffet one night. the room was bigger than expected, with a huge bathtub and blue lights. Really cool. the pool and fitness areas were also fantastic. They had great live music at night.

the food was lovely as well as the placement and the facilities . what we liked most was the professionalism and friendliness of the staff especially Tsonka and Dimitar taking care of us in the restaurant and lobby bar as well as Silvia helping us relax in the spa after a long day of skiing. the attention to detail was like no other. we look forward to visiting next year.

Everything was just super. I am not able to find even a small thing that we didn't like. The surroundings is so beautiful, food excellent, rooms very comfortable. Staff is friendly. If you want to go on hiking - all the facilities are near. If you with children - everything is very comfortable. All the day you can spend in the mountains and after that to spend the evening in the pool and to listen to nice music with a glass of wine. Highly recommended :)

Both sauna areas (wellness) are nude areas. In many hotels, this mean that people can go nude. In this hotel, you have to go nude. Obligation. The staff of the wellness argues with the hotel guests when they wear a bikini and tell them to go nude. I saw many women having problems to go nude. So they had to leave the wellness.

Nice dinner with 5 courses and with 3 choices for entrance and main course. Wellness area is very nice with 3 parts: swimming area, sauna area, adult sauna area

While the room was spacious and clean, the overall experience did not meet our expectations for a 4-star hotel. The mattresses were worn out, and basic bathroom amenities such as shampoo and tissues were missing. The walls were thin, and noise from neighboring rooms was often distracting, which affected the overall comfort. Meals were average – breakfast lacked variety, the dinner was not surprising . Staff were friendly but spoke little to no English, and all information including menus and daily programs was only available in German, which made communication difficult and is not a standard for 4 stars hotels. Unfortunately, we feel the stay did not offer good value for money.

The two rooms that we booked (as a family of 3) were separated, one in the main building and the other one in another house 5 minutes away from the hotel. After asking the receptionist to relocate us, she did, we were however charged a higher price for the request which in my opinion was unfair. Also, when we couldn’t find the second house that our room would have been located in, the receptionist only vaguely explained the directions and that it „should be the third or fourth house on the right“ without making the effort to take us there or give precise directions.

The hotel is brilliantly located and the views are spectacular. The outdoor pool in particular is incredible. Rooms are nicely refurbished and the bar is cozy.
