Our family recently stayed at this hotel, and it was simply amazing! Everything is perfectly designed for families with children—there are so many activities and entertainment options that our kids were never bored for a second. The restaurant is excellent, offering delicious food for every taste, and the coffee is absolutely fantastic. We truly appreciated how every detail was thought out for family comfort and fun. We can’t wait to come back in December!

The room was really hot and we couldn't open the windows due to mosquitos and road noise. The hotel needs air con ideally or the rooms need fans in hot weather. You only get one day's worth of teabags in the room which was a shame for the price of the room and there is no iron provided. No laundry service onsite.

The pools were lovely, the quality of the decor and furnishings around the hotel was top notch, everything thought of to make a nice atmosphere. The live music was fab. The free bikes were great and the nearby cycle route in to Zell am see along the lake was a real highlight. Loved the summer card as we got free use of free buses, cable cars and train back to Saltzburg. There were always sun loungers or seats available by the pool. The natural pool is beautifully done. There are so many lovely chairs to relax on. The hotel has a nice feel about it.

The only thing that sticks to the place is the smell of the kitchen that fills all the corridors and reception.

Our room faced the train station so there was train noise (especially in summer with the windows open). That said, the trains were infrequent and went silent past 10pm. We used a sound machine to cover the street noise for our sleeping toddler and it worked great.

Outstanding facilities and very helpful staff. Plenty of activities for our 2 year old. Outstanding breakfast and dinner served by very friendly staff. Perfect location that allowed walking to the lake without dealing with all the business of the town center.

Restaurant staff were young and confused - had to ask many times for drinks and to order food, seemed that they didn't really communicate with each other.

The room we were in could do with modernisation, although I loved the ceiling stargazing lighting which offered a superb night light the feel of sleeping under the night sky.

The hotel was lively and offered good food and excellent customer service. The hotel offers great fitness and spa facilities.

The bar staff were not great, seemingly understaffed (2 people). I went down on three occasions and twice I was ignored completely by what appeared to be overly busy staff, so much so I gave up after 30mins and went back to my room. The spa treatment (massage) was excellent, but I when I enquired about further bookings the staff seemed disinterested in helping me. Again I was left standing on my own in spa reception, which I gave up on. However I was charged for additional treatments none the less. (which I had removed) The location of the hotel is ideal for self drive. But if you take the train/bus consider better alternatives. Public transport is terrible. The bus stop is right outside the hotel, but I waited 45mins for a 660 bus on my second day, and a couple of the later busses were too full to board. The hotel should raise a complaint about this as it does heavily impact it's customers.

The hotel and its facilities were excellent. My room was very large, clean and very comfortable. More space than expected for a solo traveller. The front desk staff were lovely and very helpful. I really appreciated their time and care. (thank you ladies!) Food, esp the breakfast was great, with everything you'd expect. Spa facilities were excellent Large swimming pools Clean and modern

we visited with 30 degrees summer and then you miss an airco in the room, in the gym no airco so you can only go early in the morning. Not so many sunbeds so its quickly occupied at the pool.

The staff. Very personal welcome by the door, they make an effort to Welcome all families at the hotel entrance. You get a welcome drink upon arrival. A great app to easily register for sport activities. Very good program. From sunrise walks and stand up paddle with sunrise which is great for hot summer days. A beautiful terrace to dine outside. Food was fantastic we had a great dinner.
