We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Czech RepublicWi-fi signal was not that good, signal strength on the terrace was very low and even within the appartment it was not very strong.
Wonderful location, chairlift situated just next to the apartment building and kids playground few meters from the terrace. Hosts were so nice that they gave us apartments on ground floor so kids could freely go to the playground and back.

SloveniaApartment was nice, but the entrance was dirty right away due to snow. There was no wipes or anything to clean up. Also there was a constant smell of cooking and frying from the other apartment, which was very disturbing!
Nice location, spacious apartment, comfortable bed. Very close to ski lift, grocery store. Parking behind the apartment. There was a high window so we got some light and small view on the ski slopes.

Very nice apartment, directly at the chairlift. From This place we did trips to all sites, what we wanted to see. Very kind hauswife. She waited to our arival and during our stay, she was in touch via phone (whatsapp) or personaly in the afternoon. The room was big and clean
